They use fresh ingredients, so much that my wife who usually drowns her home fries in ketchup will actually eat these as is. We've also had dinner here and again very high quality ingredients. The quesadilla is quite good. It comes with rice, beans if you like them, and a bit of salad so good portion. We also have the chicken with onions which is technically not on the menu but we essentially ask for steak with onions substituting chicken. It's tastier believe it or not. Comes with rice, beans for those of you who like them and salad. Seriously try them, fresher ingredients than many local restaurants but check the hours as they don't serve breakfast until around 10 a.m.

While visiting a friends while back, she had a 'Torta Cubana' sandwich from them that looked amazing. Skipping breakfast this morning, today was the perfect day to try this beast. If your familiar with 'garbage plate', little of this, little of that, type specialty meals, this is similar, but piled high on a sandwich roll. It starts a a Cuban sandwich, with ham for pork, cheese, pickles. Then has another cheese, breaded chicken cutlet, tomatoes, jalepeno peppers, omlet style fried egg, chorizo slices added on. Yuup! It works awesome, highly recommended! It is so big though, I have the other half for lunch. Enjoy.

The price is right, the vibes are tight, and the enchiladas de queso con salsa verde is unspeakably delicious. Their horchata is good, the tacos placenteros are good, but I'm gonna focus on this enchilada, ok? For starters it's enormous. You're served enchiladas with amazing salty cheese, covered in fresh, bright, and spicy as hell green sauce. Their mole sauce is good but honestly the green is the best. You have some sliced onions mixed in, and it always comes w a giant plate of yellow rice and refried beans. I wish I had pictures but I'm always too in the moment at this place to remember to take any. I'll say too that the spice level is not consistent. Sometimes my mouth is on fire and sometimes it's just right. But you know what, that's part of the package. The charm is in the surprise. One time I called ahead and asked the lady about the spiciest level and she said in Spanish "I'm not sure how spicy the chef made it today." Com'n, that's great. Go to Chinantla.
