Called Bill to have the problem looked at. He told me he would be over early. Didn't show up. Called again. No show again. Called on third day left a message on his personal phone and with his answering service. No call back. Called a fourth day just got answering service. I'm being ghosted. Will have to hire someone else to fix this problem. I don't advise using this company. They take your money and don't correct workmanship. The next week Bill did come back. Was going to get samples of new products. Haven't heard since. I fixed all the problems myself.

Daiquan from Sunny Roofing in Orlando came to our home in early 2025 to see about replacing our…read moreroof damaged by Hurricane Milton. Daiquan was very professional and also caring - my brother is an amputee in a wheelchair, and I am a retired social worker on a walker after nine spinal surgeries. In fact, I was in the hospital for thoracic surgery when Daiquan called me to choose the color of the shingles; he wanted to get the project started as soon as possible. The work started the day after I came home from the hospital; but I had to take an ambulance back to the ER, having contracted a virus from a sick patient at the hospital. I have never been so ill in my life, and I had 36 staples in my thoracic spine. Daiquan stopped by frequently during and after the roofing project was completed. One evening he even went to the drugstore to buy Tylenol for me. Daiquan and all the roofers were nice, thoughtful, efficient. I did try to offer the workers drinks and snacks. I appreciated their work and Daiquan's oversight of the project. Since then, we have secured solar panels. The solar engineer who inspected the roof was very complimentary about the quality of the roofing job. So I wanted to give Daiquan and Sunny Roofing a good review! The kind of service provided by Daiquan is rare and was much appreciated! We are confident in the roofing job. Oh, I did want to comment on some of the issues I've seen on other reviews of Sunny Roofing, mostly issues involving payment. We had the public adjuster and the adjuster from our insurance company. We fully understood that we had to sign the checks from the home owners' insurance company and send them to the adjuster to sign, as well. Some people seemed to blame the roofing company, but this is the process with insurance coverage. The process was relatively smooth for us, no problems with payment. Thank you, Daiquan and Sunny Roofing, for a great experience! And here it is a year later, and Daiquan just called to see how we are doing! I am grateful for Daiquan and his caring nature, a rare commodity these days!

They reconfigured my mother's bedroom making it handicap accessible, which was a life saver. They did an awesome job.
