Something clearly happened at this facility to make them that distressed. I called multiple times for updates and was never called back. I decided to show up as we live close to this location and the young lady who was monitoring the front desk was scrolling on her personal phone. Unacceptable customer service. When picking up the dogs they clearly did not listen to any sort of grooming instructions I had given. You would imagine they would know how to groom popular dogs breeds at this point but that is NOT the case. To make matters worse, they developed upper respiratory infections shortly after. The only exposure they had was at this facility. That says a lot about the lack of sanitation and care being provided. Between the poor handling, the questionable conditions, and the fact that my dogs are left sick, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their pets' well-being. Extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable.
