When your real estate agent and all the repairmen are trying to upsell you for no reason you hope that you can ask your inspector to be the voice of reason. Well they crammed everything into the truck and come to find out they didn't box up my 70" tv! When everything arrived yesterday the nice lady let me know there was water damaged from whoever had it before her in their truck to the point where she had to re box 5 or more boxes that was destroyed. the PlayStation poured out water when she picked it up. shw was appalled by how the entire shipment looked However her boss said to still deliver it. Every single box was destroyed when I got it to the point where the movers kept the boxes on the dolly when moving up the stairs because they was falling apart. 70" tv is broken, tv stand for the 70" tv is broken, couch has 2 holes in it as well as a cut, water damage on my antique coffee table, iron chair bent, DVD's crushed. needless to say this is what $4,800 got me! Lack of respect for my belongings. I'm disgusted at how this entire situation has happened. why should I have to pay for this service at all!
