I walked out on my front porch and the man was hooking up to my faucet without even knocking. When I called the company to inquire about the situation, I spoke to a man named Bob, he was extremely rude and told me they use other neighbor's water all the time because there are so many second home owners it doesn't matter and hung up on me. I would recommend using any other company.

We interviewed several cleaning services and were convinced to go with Wheatley Creek Services to kick off summer busy season in Winter Park. We were not disappointed! In all consecutive cleans so far, we have continued to receive 100% 5-star reviews and comments from guests about the place being "sparkling clean." They have been very thorough inside and even check the grill outside, something they do on their own. In addition, communication is top-notch, and all guest incidents are promptly noted (e.g., broken bowl, clogged toilet, guest forgot personal items, need for supply replenishment, etc.). Finally, every clean so far as I can remember has taken place on the guests' checkout days, even if there is not a same-day check-in. We had a very costly and unprofessional experience with this company…read more The contract was to retile one bathroom and remove a tub and construct a walk-in shower with a raised still and sliding glass doors in the other. Israel Allen did not follow the contract specs. Installed the wrong tile in one bathroom. Did not installed the required niches in either bathroom. Informed us after the fact he installed stainless steel shelves. His excuse, there was a fire wall. He could have installed them on the two non-firewall areas. This is exactly what we did not want! The master bathroom walk-in shower was to have a step tiled pan with a raised still to prevent water from ending up on the floor. Instead, he constructed a 8 inch high raised flat platform! Now when the shower water hits the glass doors copious quantity of water end up on the floor! If there was ever a minor drain backup, this shower platform would flood the bathroom floor eventually leaking down to other floors in the condo building. We told Israel Allen on numerous occasions to engage with the Homeowner's management engineer to prevent any installation issues. Israel Allen spoke with the engineer prior to starting the project but never contacted him again. Proper engagement would have prevented this major error. We had to fly out from the East Coast once we saw the picture of the master bathroom shower final installation to rectify the issues. We had our Building Management and Homeowner Management personnel come and inspect the installation: Management would not approve the walk-in installation as constructed. Our condo had to be removed from the rental program until we correct the issues with the master bath shower. We now have contracted with an approved contractor to reconstruct the base with a proper pan and still to have the shower approved at additional costs to us. Wheatley would not address this issue without a change order and additional costs. Overall, the work was sloppy and unacceptable such as white grout staining the gray floor tile grout in both bathrooms. An example of lack of simple attention to details and pride in his own quality of work. Both bath shower trims were specified to be brushed nickel; He installed a bright chrome shower head in the master shower. Fortunately, he will no longer be approved to do any further business in these buildings. We would hate to see anyone else have to deal with what are going through.

Would not recommend this cleaning company. Very poor customer service. Renters would say they…read moredidn't have extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags and the owner of Extreme Cleaning would say that the cleaners had stocked them and that they would charge a trip fee to go and drop off more supplies. We had about 3 renters contact us about not having extra toilet paper or supplies that were supposed to be restocked with each cleaning. We were never notified of broken items in the condo such as after the cleaners had broken the coffee maker. We only found out after our our renters contacted us and we had to get the renters a coffee maker to use during their stay. The coffee table was also broken as well as a blind in the master bedroom that we were not told about, instead we got "no damage" report after every cleaning and only found out from renters of the issues. We had renters tell us that the floors and countertops weren't wiped down and were dirty. A few times we would go up after the cleaners had cleaned and found that the dining room table wasn't wiped down, the coffee table was also dirty, there was dust in various places such as the light fixtures, around and on the tv and mantle, carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed with small bits of stuff found on the floor as well as an obvious beer bottle label by the fireplace. Soap dispensers were often almost empty. We had to ask if there were any supplies getting low and would get late responses after we already restocked everything. Towels left out were inconsistent, one time we found only 1 face towel was left in each bathroom after a cleaning, as well as towels that were not ours and that weren't matching in color were set out. No accountability for missing linens. When asked about where missing linens were the response we got was that they have someone do their laundry and that sometimes linens get mixed up and or that renters probably took them or threw them away. Overall poor attention to detail, our guess is they spent 30-45 minutes cleaning a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.
