When I arrived home, my house smelled amazing, no more dust, no more built up soap scum in the showers, blinds cleaned individually by hand, and several other meticulously cleaned things. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I contacted several companies and her bid was extremely competitive. I have already recommended her to several friends and family members.

I inquired with…read moreseveral cleaning companies and Julie was on the only one to come and actually walk through my house to give me an estimate and was the best deal on price. (I might if still picked them even if they weren't the lowest due to the in person estimate) I work from home and I am typically here when they clean but I almost wouldn't even know they were here except the "clean" smell and the sound of the vacuum on the rugs. Only twice have I seen something they missed and as soon as I pointed it out, they took care of it. I also love that they call me the day before to remind me that they are coming and approximately what time.

We now have a multigenerational household that includes a family member with mobility issues. The…read moreMendez crew is always so kind. Every visit they come in smiling, always with "Good morning" greetings and are accommodating to service request exceptions. In my original review, I mentioned the hotel-style folded towels, which is such a nice touch. I should've also mentioned the occasional toilet paper folding designs. A reflection of their skill and attention to detail, it's SO LOVELY. We stay out of their way when they work and that initial walk through the house after they're gone produces the best feeling. Their help keeping the house in order relieves so much stress. We're always so impressed how perfect the house looks and smells. My in-laws, sister, best friend, neighbor, neighbor's adult children, and a coworker all use Mendez and sing their praises at any mention of the team or when anyone is looking for a referral. We're preparing to move out of state & I know it's going to be a challenge, if not impossible, to find a service that checks all the boxes of the Mendez team - quality, efficiency, kindness, pricing, reliability. They've set a high bar. I know there have been times where they couldn't accept new clients but, with our move, they will have some availability so get on the schedule while you can!
