Kelly and her team are AMAZING! I highly recommend them. We scheduled a deep clean and her team arrived 15 minutes early and got to work right away. They cleaned for over 4 hours! When I arrived home, my house smelled amazing, no more dust, no more built up soap scum in the showers, blinds cleaned individually by hand, and several other meticulously cleaned things. Daisy Fresh has been cleaning our house once a month since the beginning of 2014. I inquired with several cleaning companies and Julie was on the only one to come and actually walk through my house to give me an estimate and was the best deal on price. (I might if still picked them even if they weren't the lowest due to the in person estimate) I work from home and I am typically here when they clean but I almost wouldn't even know they were here except the "clean" smell and the sound of the vacuum on the rugs. Only twice have I seen something they missed and as soon as I pointed it out, they took care of it. I contacted Daisy Fresh to clean part of my mother's house as a birthday gift. Julie was very quick about returning all of my e-mails. I usually had a response within just hours. They send out two staff members to each house and are about $20/hr cheaper than every other place in Omaha I contacted. My mom was thrilled with the job they did. She called me as soon as she got home because she couldn't believe how great everything looked. We will definitely be using them again for any future cleanings. read more

I contacted Daisy Fresh to clean my boyfriend's new place on VERY short notice before he moved in. They set up an appointment for the very next day. I gave them the door code because no one would be there but unbeknownst to us, the landlord has dead bolted it from the inside so the crew was unable to get in. The management and staff were extremely understanding and rescheduled for the next day. The crew did a great job and even accommodated us when I found that a few spots had been overlooked (it was in bad shape to start with) and asked them to come back for touch ups. They didn't charge my card until I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company. They are very honest, fair, and very easy to work with. Your mileage may vary. A friend uses Daisy Fresh and is satisfied with them. I had a totally different experience. They are supposed to clean the whole house each visit as well as "deep clean" one room. At my friend's house, they leave a card that says what they deep cleaned. I never saw the first card. I also never heard them speak English except for an occasional "hello." I had an animal cage that had I didn't want pushed up flush against the wall, so had two blocks of wood to keep the cage from being pushed too far back. Daisy Fresh would move the cage when cleaning (which was good), but would also move the blocks and push the cage back against the wall. After a couple of times, I taped a note on the front of the cage explaining the situation. After their next visit, the note was halfway ripped off and the cage was pushed against the wall, causing some damage. At this point I have my doubts that they could read the note. As far as general cleaning, they did ok, certainly nothing spectacular. My roommate pointed out a dust bunny that he said had been in the same place by an entryway door for weeks. The last straw came once when I was out of town on the day they came to clean. My phone rang and for the first 15 to 20 seconds thought it was a prank call. I couldn't understand anything and thought it was kids messing around. I was about to hang up when I heard "garage door." Then I tried listening very carefully and finally understood that it was Daisy Fresh and they were at my house to clean, but couldn't get in through the garage door because the code wasn't working. I thought perhaps my roommate was home and could let them in, so asked them if a white car was in the driveway. They said yes. So I told them that I would call my roommate and ask him to let them in. I called him and guess what??? He wasn't there, nor was his white car! He was close by though and on his way home, so I asked him to let Daisy Fresh in when he got home. He was less than a mile away and by the time he got home, Daisy Fresh was gone! He checked the garage door code, and it worked fine. They did end up coming back later that day. The moral of the story is that if you speak Spanish, you can communicate with them. If you don't, forget it, because they cannot understand English. A final word - they have multiple crews and my friend has noticed that some do a better job than others. I was never impressed with the work of any of the ones I got. They seemed to come from the hotel industry because they always left the outer part of the toilet tissue roll folded in a little triangle. Frankly I couldn't care less about that kind of stuff and would have much preferred that they clean my stove well! Overall, they were competent, but barely, and without the hassles, I may have stayed with them longer to see if they would improve. But the wall issue and total absence of the ability to communicate in English was too much. read more

I love Daisy Fresh. I first used them after buying a Living Social coupon for a 3 hour cleaning - it was awesome. I came home from work and the house was SPARKLING clean. Very similar to other reviews I read. I asked for English speaking cleaners. The ones they sent didn't seem to understand or care what I was explaining to them. They left soap scum in the tub, the shower, and in the sinks. They left fecal stains in the toilet bowls and didn't clean under the seats. When I tried to explain anything to them, they would shoot comments back and forth to each other in Spanish. So rude. They never once stayed in my home for the full length of time that they were supposed to be here. Maybe they could have done a good job if they had worked for the full length of time that they were supposed to be here. I notified the owner several times and thought there would be an improvement. But there never was an improvement. The owner made excuses for them instead of trying to please the customer - me. She said she had never had any complaints about them. I will never lower my standards to their level or to the level of other customers. I pay for them to clean. I wasn't getting my money's worth. read more
