It was filled with sand and dirt that I mainly rinsed off before flying home but it was left with a bad smell and some orange on the bottom of the dress. I was told it could take a while to get my dress back but I didn't mind! I believe it took about 4 weeks to get my dress back which was very fast in my opinion! It was $250 which is quite a bit considering how much you spend on your dress in the first place, but I needed mine for a reception later in the year so I had no choice. After inspecting the dress when I got home, it honestly didn't look THAT much different than when I brought it in. They got the tulle pieces more clean than I could, but the under layer is still very orange. At least it smells good, staff was nice and kept in good communication. I would go back for other items!

We were traveling and thank goodness we have a fantastic neighbor who saw it and grabbed it. I also have pointed out several times that they have an incorrect cc on file. As I looked at the receipt the person at the front said well it went through. I said yes but not on my card. So whoever got charged thank you but it does not seem to be an issue to them. I called today to share my issue with them and they offer a $20 credit. The shirt is worth significantly more than that. The service here used to be fabulous in the last six months it has gone down hill. Employees make a difference.

It was too large and too…read morelong, so she took the top in, took several inches off the hem, and added some cups for extra boobage. The turnaround time was a little over a week. She was pleasant to work with, and I'm very satisfied with the final product!
