This is a fantastic carwash, and for the year I went there with the subscription package I had nothing but positive experiences. They always left the car looking great, and usually the workers went the extra mile in making sure that the car was good to go when they wiped it down. Yes, at times they can be understaffed when there is a large line of cars, but this is usually during a peak hour and is to be expected at any business. Things can get busy and there can be a less than ideal amount of people - nothing worth complaining about. 95% of the time there were maybe two cars there and was out in 5-10 minutes. Additionally - not only were the employees kind and considerate, but also the management. When a factory installed accessory of the vehicle was damaged, they had me covered since they knew I was a valued customer and treated them with respect. That reciprocity is something to be appreciated, and one of the main resigns I highly recommend this car wash. Overall, don't take these negative reviews too seriously, and understand that this is a well run and incredibly respectable car wash and absolutely worth visiting.

It did not go away so I called and I was able to bring it in, I was a bit annoyed because this was time I had to work but it's getting fixed . Fast forward to me wiping my BRAND NEW CAR down that had been garage kept I noticed some missing paint on my passenger side door . I called and asked to speak with manager explained my door he immediately starts denying it , he stayed " how could I know it happen here, I don't think my guts dented your car ! Do you have pictures ? I said I can send them and it's not a debt it appears my door was opened and hit something ! He then said he didn't want pics he have to see it and the. He proceeded to tell me it takes 30 days for tint to smooth out so I didn't need to come in like I did. Hmmm I stated I was going to wait for my husband to come up there . As soon as we got there he is stating the techs do not touch my doors , then there's nothing in the shop to hit it on" I asked him to pull the camera on the ssh and time I was here on a Friday a walk in there were other cars in the shop. Mind you I didn't think it was going to explode the way it did accidents happen but I gave tracking and cameras on my car and home showing I haven't went anywhere since I left that shop! I have two cars !! He then asked me if I saw it happen ? Did I have pictures of my car before I came ? Yes I do cause I came from the lot then here home then a week later back to this shop and home . I told my husband upon him opening the door I noticed some black tint peeling in corner this MANAGER goes to the door says WHAT? Where? I point to it he then peels it off throws it on the ground and rolls his eyes at me . Sir I paid 460 n I had to come back and now my car is missing paint and you have an attitude. At this point I'm over it he is a sassy lil Man he is very rude and passive aggressive so I returned that energy. He agreed to fix my car and get bin number and correct paint. Superclean is a small locally owned business run by a husband and wife team. It is located just off hwy 17 and not obvious from the road. They give an estimate and schedule only one vehicle a day with a deposit. I scheduled one week out. Drop off at 930 and pick up by 4. They provide free transport if needed. Now frankly, I was a bit floored when the first estimate was $1200. It included cream coating exterior damage, engine cleaning, full undercarriage cleaning, the works. That was out of my budget so we dropped off the engine, the undercarriage and the cream coat. We settled on $800 for headlight cleaning, interior heat/steam extraction, over all cleaning and exterior wash/wax. I dropped it off and I returned just before 4pm. I was looking at a car that resembled mine, except this car looked pretty much new! The engine was sparkling, the tires were sparkling, the scratches were reduced and some even disappeared! The interior was like new. Every mark, stain, and piece of dirt, food, leaves, debris - GONE!! I was in shock in the very best way! I could not believe the attention to detail! Amazing! Yes it was expensive, but not when I consider everything is done on site BY HAND, in one day! I don't think most cars are driven off the lot in as good condition as my car! The engine and wheels were thrown in just out of the goodness of their heart. These two owners are NICE people. They work REALLY hard, they take great pride in the service they provide and don't take any short cuts. They recognize some people are willing and able to invest money in maintaining the appearance of their vehicle. Before this I would have dropped this amount on mechanics, and never considered maintaining my car's interior and exterior. Now I am so proud driving around my new looking car, and no french fries, dirty shoes or leaves allowed! If you are looking for this type of attention to detail and want to invest in your vehicle, give this local business your business. If you want some cheap car wash vacuum service, this is not it.
