At the Watson location: The water reservoir is putrid and disgusting. I don't know how they expect their employees to stand there and smell that? Not only that, the smell permeates my car while going through the car wash. One of the employees said, "it's reclaimed water, it's just the way it is." Yeah, I'm not buying that. I reluctantly did the 30 day wash, knowing they jacked me around before when I wanted to cancel, but I'm going to cancel indefinitely because of the water smell. October go to the car wash to get our car washed. They have a promotion going on you pay for one car wash and you get it for the whole month for free. Try to cancel it and they charge your for two months in a row will not refund money. Don't ever fall for it when they try to tell you oh it's only gonna charge your card this one time went up in person and tried to cancel it. He said everything was good. While tidal wave looks like a put-together professional operation, they are not. This is the second time I've spent upwards of $50 on a wash and interior clean only to have the inside half vacuumed and the exterior with smudges and missed spots everywhere. I got home and pushed my seats back to find that none of the upholstery under the seats was vacuumed. French fries and junk were still wedged between the seats. So I paid $50 to have my car cleaned and could have done a far better job myself. I called their service line and the terse woman on the phone told I would have to go back up to the car wash for them to do anything. That's a half hour of driving to go beg for a refund. No thanks. Perhaps I should have checked the car right then and there, but I didn't and they should have cleaned the car like I paid them to do or done something to make it right on the phone. I will not use Tidal Wave again and I will be sure to let everyone know that I can what a poor experience I had! read more

Damaged my car and the manager Chris treated me like trash on the street. Did nothing to correct with the car was did to my. He threw the piece that was broken off from my car in the trash. Never showing me the piece or giving me a copy of the incident report I completed. If you go to Tidal Wave go at your own risk. Envelope the Warner Robins police department told to not take my car there, because they have gotten so may people coming to them complaining about their vvehicles being damaged by this car wash. I would give this car wash five stars, as it is the best-automated carwash we've ever been to. The reason I'm giving them one star is this - We were there earlier today. It's a Saturday, a pretty day, so you know it will be busy. No biggie. There were about seven cars in front of us and several in the other lane, which bottleneck into one lane after you select your service and pay. We were fine until the self-entitled jerk in front of us took over seven or eight minutes of the attendant's time. We asked the attendant what took so long, and he said, "She was complaining about her last car wash." We paid and entered the line that goes into the carwash. Before entering the wash building, a couple of employees use a long-handled, soapy bush on the front and back of your vehicle and windshield. All was fine until Miss Self-Entitled before us tipped the girl with the brush. Actually, the tip was a BRIBE. You see, you only spend about 15 or 20 seconds at this station before moving on. This female employee spent almost ten minutes on this woman's car! Meanwhile, the line behind us backed up until no one else could get through the pay station. We were livid. After your car is prepped, you drive into the automated wash. The attendant there brushes the driver's side of the windshield. Not so for Miss Entitled. She bribed this kid with some greenbacks. He proceeded to clean the front of her car - again! Then he took a high-pressure wand and started cleaning her wheels and the wheel wells. We waited a good six or seven minutes, and then the kid started it all over for round number two! My husband finally snapped and got out of our car. He yelled at the attendant, "What is this? A damn detailing station? Do you see this line of cars? We're real people, and we're all paying customers! The kid gave us a sheepish grin and sent the entitled one on her way. It's astonishing how discourteous and self-centered some people are, but the entitled woman was not the problem here. It was to two employees who basically gave everyone else the virtual finger over some cash to please a disgruntled customer at the expense of at least two dozen other customers. There may have been more in the line, but we couldn't see that far back. Tidal Wave's business description states, "When you're looking for a highly rated, lightning-fast car wash." Yeah, right. How many customers will never go back because of this? These nitwit employees need to GO. read more

Did a really great job on my car! The Cermaic Seagloss is amazing and it literally repels Anything that I face on the road! The staff is always responsive, and even helped me get out some sap that got in my window. Also, if you sign up for text alerts you get a FREE car wash, and they'll give you a free car wash in your birthday! Definitely a really nice treat for me read more

I paid $30 for the Graph-X 4 wash, see attached pictures. Asked to speak with the manager on duty (Kayla 3/15) she responded "I'm on lunch". I then asked if there was someone placed in charge while she was on her break. An employee responded "No". I then asked for a refund, as you can see it's well deserved. The employee then replies he can't issue me one. I proceeded to inform him that the service I just paid ($30) for was terrible. I have a white car that I had sort of put to the side for a year during Covid and did not and wash those and had a years worth of dirt so I brought it to a title wave there and I also use the coupon just so I could get a free $25 car. I was hoping it would just get it at least halfway clean and they did a very good job it was not totally 100% but so close I could probably do the rest with a rag so I was very impressed. There was extensive human brushing that may have slowed the line of cars behind me, but the result was excellent. read more

Today made the 2nd time that I went to this specific wash and it did not give me the service I am automatically billed for each month. Additionally, the washer broke. Rather than the manager initiating the error with the service I had to track down a team member. I requested to speak with a manager but she conveyed an incorrect message. I was instructed to drive back around to get the correct wash. Upon the wash starting a 2nd time I noticed it was again on the incorrect wash. I asked to speak with the manager again. I expressed my frustration with the lack of service and he got super defensive. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or if he just done like me and how I look I'm not sure but I definitely do not want to do business with anyone who treats the customer in such poor fashion. We are members and decided to use the Watson location because we were on that side of town. It was packed so we were right next to other patrons while vacuuming. I had to close up my car and leave before finishing because the guy next to us had a song called throat baby blaring out of his car and I have a child. Unbelievable! Love having my car clean and sparkling, however I do not like the way they try to get another car right behind you super close, at least let us get in the tunnel first, nice to have vacuums but sometimes they get clogged up, not the car wash fault usually lazy people too dumb to throw out big trash items so they use vacuums instead, some of the associates should learn to stay off their phones and possible guide the cars in not just let them run into the bars for the tires read more

Purchased a fundraiser coupon for a wash, slipped up and missed the expiration date. Shortly after opening I went to use it, the greeter was super nice and said they would honor it but not that day as the "big" boss was there. The manager said to wait a week or so and come back. I did. Upon my return I was told it would not be honored, I advised what the previous manager told me and they still said no. Very dissatisfied with this situation, even asked for a manager and they were "too busy" to talk to me. Left without my car being washed and called the number in Yelp, it goes to an out of town office. The lady said she would notify the location and then contact me about my experience. Never heard a word. A $20 wash isn't going to break me but it's the principle of the situation. In addition, I don't even know why the coupons expire, I basically prepaid a wash and should atleast get the value of what I paid. Considered joining the club, definitely will not now. read more

One on Watson cant compare to the one on 96. The Watson ones gates I have seen come down on several cars, (including mine and it was apparently my fault) the employees seem rather rude, stuff has come off of many cars in the wash just in the short time we were there and talking to others here. It's pretty ridiculous, not coming back to the Watson Wash. read more
