The "manager" holding up the move forward sign had an off putting attitude that was evident in his face and body language. After receiving subpar express wash that allegedly included a hard wheel cleaning ( see photos), I asked them if they could clean the front tires which still had grease stains on them. For $14 I didn't feel I was in the wrong to ask. The "manager" did comply but with a nasty attitude. I'll go to the one in Raleigh where the attendant actually hand wash your tires. Maybe retrain your manager or he should work somewhere else if he doesn't like his job.

The employee on duty reviewed the camera footage and confirmed that the cover was on my vehicle when I entered. When I exited the wash, it was gone. I reported the damage immediately and was told someone would contact me within a day or two. After four days with no communication, I had to call the location myself to follow up. When I finally received a response, I was told the business was not responsible because of a posted disclaimer. I was also told the part was "flimsy for a 20-year-old car," even though my vehicle is a 2018 Lincoln MKC, not a 20-year-old vehicle. My disappointment is less about the damage itself and more about how the situation was handled. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds. I expected better communication, a timely claims process, and a more professional response to a legitimate concern. I encourage others to inspect their vehicles carefully before using this location and to understand the business's damage policy before entering the wash.

Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30.
