I tried to cancel and was stalled by a rep via email. My call was also stalled. Then the following week was charged $39.99 for another month of crappy car washes. I was told then that they require 7 days notice. They didn't provide any terms of service stating such. In fact, there was nothing given at the time of purchase except the window sticker with barcode. VERY shady way to do business.
