The first time the team only had one staff member but he was working hard as heck to get the job done. Unfortunately, my mom's first wash wasn't that great and she also has a jeep which is hard to wash. We returned two days later and I asked about the wash experience and asked about getting my car on the family plan, as well as, options in Atlanta. The manager, Nick, was super knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time, gave me all the information I needed, fixed everything up for us, and even helped wash out car. I would say in tough times this business is really doing their best and was super friendly and for that they deserve all 5 stars! I swore I selected the package that included tire cleaning and that spray on tire conditioner that I can't recall the name of (included in the "better" package which I think was $14.00). Tires looked clean but did not have the Armor All. I really really appreciate that there is no music playing either from the business, or from the patrons. Nice touch. The vacuums are not good. At least the one I used was really, really weak. Getting in and out is a little tricky, too but nothing they could do about that. All in all decent car wash, just don't expect much from the vacuums.
