Their very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional that can do practically everything jewelry related. They specialize in creating gorgeous custom pieces and from design to fabrication they hand make all custom items in house. Plus, when it comes to repairs or restorations, Frank is as a master bench jeweler, who will precisely restore your treasured pieces. You can get all your custom engraving done here as well. They also have a watchmaker on site five days a week. Real timepiece specialist are getting harder to find with most jewelers sending out to a third party, and as someone who wears a watch daily I appreciate it. From battery changes, cleaning, regulating movement, crystal changes, band adjustments, and more, you can bring your timepiece here confidently. Since discovering these outstanding jewelers I have had precious stones made into earrings, resized a sterling silver ring with an Atocha Reale, completely repair my honey's turtle ring, and resized a necklace with a new more secure clasp. Most recently I asked Frank about a very special ring that my wife bought me nearly 30 years ago that was in rough shape. It's a sterling setting with a black coral stone that requires a very specialized polishing and care. I have asked more than a few jewelers over the years and none of them were willing or able to help me out. Frank took one look, smiled and said no problem. In just a couple days I got a text informing me that my ring was ready. I was honestly blown away at how stunning it looked. He not only reshaped the setting, that was a bit warped, polished the silver to a great level, but the stone was amazingly bright and smooth. Whether it's old stuff like my ring or new engagement or wedding rings, they've got a lot to choose from here. Matter of fact, I have my eye on some really pretty turtle earrings for my honey's birthday coming. Shhhhhhhhh :-) Bottom line: Needless to say I am very pleased with my ring but everything they've exceeded my expectations with every project that I've brought them and I've found the only jeweler I'll ever need for gold, silver, stones and of course my watch. When we walked in, it was liked we just entered another realm. We were greeted by Megan Barnes who was a breath of fresh air. My wife wanted a gold chain so she could wear a diamond pendant of my mother's engagement ring diamond. Megan did exactly what I wanted any jewelry store to do, put my wife on a pedestal and treat her like gold. She helped find a chain, cleaned the diamond pendant. Checked my wife's wedding ring for loose diamonds and cleaned it. We are looking forward to coming back and have her check her marquis Emerald ring also. So I bought a right for my daughter around $1800 that needed to be resized and I asked for engraving. All this was good. No issues. So why did they get the two star?? It all happened yesterday when I called to find out the status of the ring. It's been a week and no text or phone call. When I called they try to shift the blame on me accusing me of changing my idea and wanted engraving saying that was added on later date. I was like what????? Then come to find out they send my ring out to get hand engraved cuz their machine can't do it. That's ok. I get it. Things happen. Again what is disappointing is that when they realized this had to be shipped out and it won't be ready by Saturday, no call or text. Then when I called tried to shift the blame on me. I don't know if I got this kind of service cuz I didn't make a 50k purchase but for a respectable jewelry store I do t think what I purchased should matter. I don't think I will be going back.
