Came into the shop to replace the battery. The watchmaker opened the watch within a few minutes and…read moreupon completion, I asked if he had a replacement pin for the strap. He didn't have a pin that would fit but managed to fix the pin in question. He charged a reasonable amount for the battery and didn't charge to fix the strap pin. If I need any other watch repair work one, I will be back to have him do the work.
