When looking for a photobooth vendor for our wedding, we researched many different companies, but…read moreMagbooth was the obvious choice. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to photography. We've been to several weddings, and usually, the quality of the photo and photo paper for most photobooths is mediocre. We loved Magbooth because they actually use a decent DSLR (my husband noticed that it was a Nikon D3100), and the photo paper isn't flimsy like most other companies. They customize a logo for you and send you a coffee table book with all of your guests' photobooth pictures (with the option of omitting inappropriate pictures if you'd like), which we preferred over other vendors who create a scrapbook for the Bride and Groom. The attendant was great and let us know when he was shutting down the booth to check if we wanted to get some final pictures in. Victor is very responsive via email, and we received our CD of images and coffee table book very quickly. The only downfall is that you only get one photo per sitting so our friends who went into the booth as a group had to decide on who keeps the picture. However, all images are online for download so it wasn't a big deal. We'd highly recommend Magbooth!

Interesting my review was taken down?! I'm going to leave another review because I feel STRONGLY…read morethat my nephew was mistreated by a employee of Magnolia photo booth at a wedding we were at. The employee was rude the ENTIRE night (clearly at didn't want to be there) but lost her cool when she grabbed my 6 year old nephew and yelled at him when he tried to photo bomb his aunts. MULTIPLE (very sober) witnesses to this. Zero excuse for that and really unprofessional. If you want to be rude and crabby, a fun wedding probably isn't the place for you.

Concept One - The pictures Victor took turned out amazing. The quality is great, the customer service on managements part is severely lacking.

We would not recommend anyone else, we have a large family and look forward to working with them again in the near future!! THANK YOU CONCEPT ONE PHOTOGRAPHY!!!!

First and foremost, Victor (our photographer) and Matt (videographer) were amazing. They did a…read moregreat job capturing our special day and if I'm rating them, they get all the stars. The company itself and the manager, Frank, are a different story. We found ConceptOne Photography at a bridal expo that we attended sometime in the Spring/Summer of 2021. Our wedding was October 2022. So we were looking for vendors with plenty of time to make things as less stressful as possible. Out of all the photographers and studios we spoke to, we really liked ConceptOne. It was within budget and offered different services depending on the package you chose. We chose a package that included the engagement shoot and Photo Booth. We also paid for video service that was supposed to have a YouTube link with our wedding video to share with friends and family. We never got that link. We only received our video on a USB drive and it was only after so many emails and calls requesting our video. Our wedding was on October 1st of 2022. We got our wedding albums in the mail, June 8th 2023. Eight whole months after our wedding. Back in March 2023, we were told via email by Sara from ConceptOne, that it would take 4-6 weeks for us to receive our albums in the mail. Eight months is way past the 4-6 weeks that we were told. When I asked for updates, I wouldn't get responses for days and the last email I sent requesting an update went completely unanswered. There were countless phone calls from me and my husband to Frank, the manager. We had left voicemails, and it got to the point where Frank wasn't calling me back, but only calling my husband back. We felt that Frank was giving us the run-around and avoiding us. This is supposed to be a 4-5 star company. If you're so overwhelmed with clients, stop overlapping clients or hire more people. That's not an excuse for you to ignore clients. Frank never ignored our calls when we still had a balance owed, but the second services were paid off, radio silence. It almost made us feel like we got scammed which is not a feeling we want to associate with our wedding day.

The Wedding Studio - Overexposed photos I received, almost all of my ceremony photos were overexposed and unusable.

Most if not all of my ceremony photos were overexposed from what I received on the discs after submitting for my album. I told Amy at our original meeting that I had all the needed editing software but I never expected I would have to do the actual work for my photos myself. I had to spend hours using lightroom and photoshop to even attempt to fix a handful of all of the overexposed pictures. Also, seriously shocked I even have to go here, when your bride and groom are begging to stop or take a break to get some water on a hot summer day in formal wear because they are close to passing out you don't try to justify "missing out on beach photos" as an excuse. This should be a huge concern for your business liability wise and honestly is pretty abhorrent as a person. I have attached photos that I received, these are only a small portion of what I was given. I already had to wait 3 months for the discs of images to be delivered, the last thing I wanted was to potentially have my photos held even longer or entirely by making remarks that I wasn't happy with all of them. After discussing the experience with my husband and contemplating writing a review, I decided to go ahead with it. And I'm glad I did now, because people should see all facets of a company they are potentially going to spend thousands of dollars on.

They were the only photographers to have autumn photos out for display. Believe me! I asked everyone where their autumn photos were and they told me that they didn't have any! Why would you go to a Bridal Expo in autumn with no photos to fit the season?! Anywho... When we met with TWS we looked at a bunch more photos from their photographers and interviewed with the owner. She paired us with Jerri who was the one who took all the autumn photos that we loved originally! When we met Jerri we thought we were sitting with a friend of ours! She was as crazy as us if not more! Our personalities match perfectly. She was excited to be photographing a wedding like ours! Not only was it to be the first weekend of October, but it was also a Renaissance Faire themed wedding! We reviewed all the fun photos we would with the weapons people would have strapped on them and the fun outfits being worn! The day of she showed up to the hotel with bells on! We were already crazy excited with hair and makeup being done, so she just started snapping. Luckily, when I had no idea what to do she was great about directing us. We were a bunch of tomboys playing dress up, so we were happy to have someone to assist in giving us direction! Once in a while I did find things I wanted to ensure that she got that Kodak moment of and I simply said, "Hey Jerri, wanna see something cool?!" She always responded positively and full of glee! She had just as much fun as the rest of us did and boy did we make sure of it! ;)
