I've been coming here for a few months. Never had any…read moreissues and had decent experience purchasing product until recently. On Thursday 5.24.21 I purchased multiple disposable vapes on Thursday including a Rare Mega 5000 puff Hawaiian Freeze unit for about $30 from Tom. He was quite helpful and kind. I tested in store as they ask and all units worked appropriately. I didn't start using the RARE unit until Monday 6.28.21 and I don't use vapes during the work hours (9-6) so I've only really used it for a few hours. This evening I went to use the unit and after approximately 10 minutes, it failed to work. I called the store to advise them of the issue. I reached Tom again who was very nice and said that he would need to call the manager to discuss. I advised I would come into the store as I was in the neighborhood. When I went into the store Tom advised me that the manager, Stephanie, said that there was "nothing they could do". I very much understand protocol and rules. I also think that reason and logic has to come into play when dealing in that type of industry. They know when I bought the device. They know that I've been a frequent customer recently. They know that sometimes devices are faulty and this was an expensive device. I am guessing they know that I've also never complained about a purchase. They could have done better and should have. Customer service is an art and some people just don't have the ability to create. I won't be using them any time soon and you probably should either.

You can tell they really care about their customers. Their prices are honestly some of the best around, and they always seem to have amazing deals going on. The vibe in the store is super chill, clean, and organized. Definitely one of the best smoke shops in the area. They're gorgeous and I definitely want to make a trip in again just to buy them. My other favorite thing; they have jumbo incense. I love these incense because they're extra large so they take a really long time to burn down and they smell great. For how long it lasts you, and for only .75c I was rather impressed. The owners, and workers are especially friendly and nice. They are personable and another reason this is a 5 star rating.
