They had promised to stay until we were completely satisfied, but halfway through the job, before I could come back half the team left while the other half stayed. The cleaning was rushed, incomplete, and done with very poor hygiene practices, like using the same rag for both the floor, toilet and the microwave. They even took the previous owners toilet brush and plunger from the garbage outside, used them during cleaning, and then left them inside the bathrooms, completely unhygienic and unacceptable. When we raised these issues, the team denied everything. We asked to speak to the manager, and that's when the situation got even worse. First, we were told he was at another appointment. Then they changed the story and said he was in a meeting. We personally called him four or five times, and he ignored every one of our calls, yet when the employees called, he answered and still refused to speak with us. In their own language, they even said things like "they should've left before I came back" and accused us of "just acting so we wouldn't have to pay," which is ridiculous. We had other professionals at the house the same day, painters and pressure washers, who were all paid in full because they did the job they promised. This cleaning service, however, did not deliver, and instead of taking accountability, the manager responded to our concerns by threatening to send us to collections. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. What was supposed to be a helpful, professional service during our move turned into a stressful and frustrating experience filled with dishonesty and zero accountability.
