The girl said another lane would be available in an hour. I said we will get something to eat while we wait but wanted to sign up for the next available. Nope, can't do that. It's considered a reservation and you have to do that online. Ok, I go online to make a reservation.... Nope. It's 1:30 and the next available online reservation is 4pm. So, they don't have a way to arrive and even wait for the next available lane. It would be incredibly easy to make this happen and keep business. We ended up leaving without getting food or bowling. Owner or Manager, you should probably take a look at your policy and see how to implement a waiting list so you don't lose business.

Figuring out the bowling lane request was a little difficult and very expensive. It was $84 for 2 lanes! We reserved an hour, which got us through almost 2 full games. Because we arrived early, we didn't have to reserve in advance and there was no wait. This place is a good spot if you want to keep your activities around Bridge street, but I found it way more expensive than I thought it should be.

We are completely done eating now and have told the waitress 3 times we are missing a beer and here we are over an hour later and no beer. This is ridiculous horrible service considering we just spend $100 on arcade games and another $100 on food. Was the food good, yes. But we won't come back to this horrible service. And your rating of 85 is unacceptable. You literally have a checklist you can keep up with throughout the year. Nothing is a surprise. Do better.
