The girl said another lane would be available in an hour. I said we will get something to eat while we wait but wanted to sign up for the next available. Nope, can't do that. It's considered a reservation and you have to do that online. Ok, I go online to make a reservation.... Nope. It's 1:30 and the next available online reservation is 4pm. So, they don't have a way to arrive and even wait for the next available lane. It would be incredibly easy to make this happen and keep business. We ended up leaving without getting food or bowling. Owner or Manager, you should probably take a look at your policy and see how to implement a waiting list so you don't lose business.

The food is surprisingly pretty good, and the bar stands out as one of the highlights for me. The bartenders are friendly, and the drinks are a solid deal. They are pretty tasty without being overpriced. The main drawback is the bathroom situation. They're very small and not always in the best condition, which can take away from the overall experience. Overall, it's a decent place to bowl, grab a bite, and enjoy a drink, but there's definitely room for improvement. I've been here several (like probably over a hundred LOL) times and I'll still come here, but there are definitely things I wish they would update. This entire building needs a redo.

The staff I encountered were all nice. The restrooms were clean as well as the facility overall. Even though I didn't win, I still really had a fun time!!!! I definitely plan to do more bowling soon.
