She was rude and very condescending, she argued with every issue we had and blamed us for her mistakes. We were very specific in what we wanted and she went ahead and did what she wanted. Last time i checked your client is always right and should never argue with a paying customer. It is beyond me how she still has a business. I am a small business owner and would never think to talk and treat my clients the way we were treated by Maggie. Wouldn't recommend The Posh Posy to anyone, your wedding day should be the greatest day of your life and shouldn't be stressed out over decorations and flowers (that weren't what asked for) on top of dealing with someone so unpleasant and rude. A true Shame!

When I called back later to ask a question about the product I had bought, they went to the bother of calling their supplier to find the most accurate answer for me. Extremely personable and helpful!
