I was FLOORED by his expertise and skill, his knowledge, and his attention to detail. We had initially considering doing our own installation and I am SO glad we found a professional as skilled as Mike. He had to make some intricate and meticulous cuts to get the boards slotted in perfectly to our fireplace surround. He was happy to answer any questions and kept us updated as he went. When he happened upon some pretty significant water damage around the radiator (what would have been a huge stress for us!), he just explained the likely cause and that he would need to replace the subfloor, got the materials, and fixed it up in swift order. Mike also got transition pieces cut and stained to match our floors seamlessly. Mike and Swan Flooring helped make our house into a home. My partner asked for help and location of a product and was replied with, "what, do you want me to do your shopping for you too." I ordered from both Home Depot and Canadian tire during the pandemic. Home Depot 1 week and apologized for the wait but that they were doing their best, Canadian tire a month, then just cancelled the order on us and told us to come buy it in person. The negative experiences with this store go on and on. They clearly don't want my money. And I'm happy to spend it elsewhere.
