I had an excellent experience here. As many people are, I am so nervous at the dentist. I let them…read moreknow ahead of time when they called, and I had an overall great experience. + They were great in helping me figure out my insurance- letting me know costs ahead of time, how insurance worked, etc. There were no surprises, and they went out of their way to make sure I had an accurate picture of costs, which is not something I'd experienced before. +My dental hygienist was excellent, periodically checking in with me to make sure I was okay, along with the occasional reassurance + They really out my mind at ease about a lot of my fears, and as a result, I actually enjoyed my visit (as much as you can at a dentist!) + I saw Dr Laura Earl as my dentist, and she was also excellent. She took extra time to make sure my visit wasn't rushed and I knew what was going on. I will for sure be going back, and highly recommend this dentist. If you're nervous about going, this is the place to go, for sure. 5 stars. I am so thankful to have found Dr Earl and her office!

I am very un impressed with how i was treated at this Cosmo prof both times i went there recently…read more They did NOT greet me as i was walkin in. They did not ask to help or help me when i asked them what product they felt was best. One girl only pointed out that a detailed trimmer i was looking at was only sold with clippers and not on its own; when it was in its own seperate packaging. Than i asked what IS sold seperate and she said to me in a rude tone what the onse that are separate which didnt make any sence because the one i was looking at was. I felt unwanted there. And another time i asked the girl for help and she looked dumbfounded and didnt know what to say. Learn about your products and treat costomers way better than the bs you have been doing!!! I went to esp and i couldn't beleive the difference. You guys need to take some lesson's from that beauty supply shop. On a better note there was one male at cosmo prof that was great. Everyone else. Horribly trained and seem to know NOTHING. Thank you. :)
