We have never had an issue w car damage and the car wash does an effective job of keeping our cars shining and looking like new. One time I took my car after not having had a car wash in months and the basic wash still did a decent job of cleaning up the car. The wash didn't perfectly remove all the dirt and grime from months of being in the sun, but I expect that the top level car wash would have probably done the job. Overall we are pleased w the service and our membership.

The other driver said an employee had instructed her to move forward, so I believe the attendants need better training and should be more careful when guiding vehicles into the wash. Ultimately, I handled the matter directly with the driver who hit my car and did not hold the car wash responsible. Despite that incident, I still think it's a good car wash--I just hope management improves employee training so it doesn't happen to someone else.

For $24 we get everything but the custom wash/dry detail (the last time we showed up they had an hour and a half wait for it understandably). The aforementioned is extra. This carwash hasn't scratched our car, it actually gets all the soap rinsed off, and the dryers near the exit get a decent amount of water. The free vacuums are a saving grace when finishing things up. We have yet to splurge for the membership, but if you drive for a ride service or something I could see it being well worth it.

There are several levels of car washes you can pick from but I usually pick the "Royale" which is the highest one you get for $14. You do get your money's worth as the car usually comes out well rinsed and washed of any built up dust. After your wash, they have a self-serve area where you are able to vacuum/clean out the interior of your car. This part is where I'd say deserves the 5 stars. The vacuums and pressurized air machines work nicely when trying to clean out dirt and crumbs out of your car. I've been to other car washes where the vacuums just weren't strong enough and couldn't pull out dirt from the car's seats. Plus the self-serve area is well shaded and protects you from the heat especially in the summer. Overall would recommend if you're looking for a reliable car wash.

They must be using some watered down cheap 99-cent dish soap while spraying a little water around cause instead of actually cleaning any dirt or bird poop, we got new scratches on the side of the car doors. At this point, we're pissed and to make matters worse, half the vacuums are broken or barely working. Clearly, the business was ripping people off by tricking them into paying full price for a half washed car. Meanwhile, a very angry manager yelled at customers who were vacuuming, telling them to hurry up and leave. Wtf, we were completely horrified watching him throw a bitch fit, blaming customers and claiming the vacuum's breakage was their fault. That's just insane, maybe if they put some of that "TLC" into their vacuums, this wouldn't be such a huge problem in the first place. Having no choice, we just left with our car still dripping wet and without vacuuming cause we had already wasted too much time there. My antenna was perfectly fine before entering the car wash, and I noticed the damage immediately afterward. I understand accidents can happen, but when a business provides a service, I expect them to take responsibility when their equipment damages a customer's vehicle. I would recommend being very careful before bringing your vehicle here, especially if it has an exterior antenna or anything else that could potentially be damaged by their equipment.
