After begging unsuccessfully for joint custody without involving attorneys for 15 months, our first appearance in court (April 30, 2019) I was awarded temporary joint custody. (as my ex continued to fight it for almost the next two years) They were able to mediate and resolve my divorce in December of 2020. Fast forward to July of 2022, my sons were enrolled in a very untraditional school that was owned by my ex and her mother. I was able to get the boys accepted into a highly rated charter school and felt it was in their best interest to attend that school with my bonus son and eventually my daughter from my new marriage when she enters kindergarten. We had an extremely uphill battle given the fact that the current school was a family business from my ex's side. Radford and Kimberly put together an incredible case and were meticulous and thorough in what they presented in the courtroom. They listened to everyone of my concerns and were nothing but honest and upfront with me from the beginning. I feel like they had a genuine concern in the case believed with 110% certainty we were fighting for what was right for our boys best interest. Today we found out my boys get to attend the new charter school with their siblings. Thank you one million times over, Radford and Kimberly for everything you have done for this family. You have changed all of our lives forever, for the better.

The worst experience I've ever had with a law firm. They represented me for only two weeks,…read moreexhausted a $10,000 retainer, and then claimed I owed nearly twice that amount. When I questioned the invoices, I was told the charges were for multiple attorneys, paralegals, and case managers "reviewing my case" over the phone. I requested call logs and documentation supporting those charges, but none were provided. When I asked them to stop working on my case and requested a refund, I was told to stop engaging. In two weeks, they filed one motion that did nothing to advance my case. Nothing. I later worked with a different legal team who genuinely advocated for me, won my case, and treated me with professionalism and respect. They even complimented how organized my records were, despite this firm blaming me for the state of my case. Mr. Willick also advised me that I could not do something that I ultimately did. I followed through, and it worked out. His legal advice was incorrect. Based on my experience, I received no value for the amount billed. The work they claim they performed does not justify the amount charged. I would not recommend this firm. Whether you're financially secure or already struggling, be very cautious before trusting them with your case and your money.

After 27 months, my divorce was finally finished, and I am writing Yelp reviews again now. If that happens, please don't think Mr. Mayo and his staff are neglecting your case. They are proceeding according to their plan and will stick with you until the end to reach the best settlement as they have done for me. My marriage was less than 10 years, my English is not fluent, and my ex-husband is a lawyer (for more than 20 years).
