My decision was based on price, and the initial questionnaire I had to fill out. Many other attorneys' questionnaire was very vague and as a client, I could tell little thought was put into it. The documents came out very well done and I am happy with them. The price was reasonable. Between the 12 or so attorneys I considered, I think Burdick Law was either the second, or third lowest price.

She was kind, compassionate, and very empathetic with the entire situation that had happened. She made sure to follow through on both my end and the employee's end to ensure that any misunderstanding swere put to rest. She scheduled another phone conference for us right away and even called two minutes early to ensure she was on time. I can defintiely say that they are doing all they can to ensure that we meet the deadline I had originally wanted to file certain paperwork and you can tell that both Karla and Carmela are dedicated and commited to their customers and are heart led individuals. I am excited to keep updating accurately as it is oftentimes hard to find a reasonable law group who is actually commited to their people and not the money. Karla, thank you for following through and making things right and for showing your heart through the phone--I truly appeciate you and am looking forward to working with you.

I basically messaged a couple of places one basically just redirected me to the law help center at the court which btw due to covid in person it's closed. He answered all my questions and told me some options I would have. So I'm glad he was very upfront and I did not get the grimey attorney vibe either. We were searching for a law firm to help us process my green card. Attorney Krilchev offered…read moreover-the-phone consultation right from the start. After knowing our intention, she explained the whole process and laid all alternatives infront of us, through the phone! We decided to engage her services and we did not regret! We first met up with Elena who assisted us with all the documentation, we made our payment and they did all the submissions for us Although I didn't appreciate the response given by a male assistant (sounded rude asking us what we were expecting......If we knew what to expect, we wouldn't have bothered to ask) during one of our email correspondence back in December 2023, but this is no fault of Attorney Krilchev We were arranged for an interview with USCIS and Attorney Krilchev once again gave us the alternative of whether we needed her to be there with us, or we don't - Needless to say, we needed her there! On the day of interview, she continued to assure my very nervous being and YES! Got it! There is no doubt at all that we will want to engage her services again when it is time to do the necessary submission to remove my conditions for my green card status If I can give more than 5-stars to Krilchev & Associates, I would! Once, again, we would like to express our thanks and gratitude to Attorney Kristina Krilchev! THANK YOU

When my husband hit a hurdle, they were fantastic. Having been to law school myself, I read through the paperwork and case to file in relation to my husband, and I couldn't fault it. Kristina is very understanding as she was an immigrant herself. I have read a few negative reviews and they are not warranted. A lawyer has had to pay for a very expensive education, and has to run a small business. Thus, a lawyer has to charge for services. Simple really. We found Kristina was reasonable with her charging, and in fact, when we hit a hurdle related to my husband, she could have charged a lot more, but never did. She felt my husband deserved his LPR status so she gave the case her time at minimal cost. All in all, we didn't regret a single dollar invested into our futures with Kristina and her staff. Excellent all round.
