I had this company install a water softener and it has been a rough time…read more It started with an original estimate they provided while in my utility room, it was almost doubled when I called to schedule, and it was almost tripled from the original estimate day of. The water softener was installed a couple of weeks ago and yesterday it flooded my basement. I dealt with the flooding because they could not help over the holiday. Next day, while tech was here inspecting everything, he said to use the non-GFCI in the other room with an extension cord to run everything, the GFCI in utility is now giving trouble. After he left, I followed up with some questions and was then told to NOT run any of it before an electrician or HVAC takes a look. Dangerous inconsistency, just disappoint me in the moment and tell me I am without A/C. Now I am dealing with a damaged electrical components and a downed HVAC system without any support because they THINK it was caused by the equipment and it was unavoidable for them - 30 day warranty sounds nice until something happens.

They got here around 10am and were here until about 7pm. They made sure the job was done correct. In our basement, in the laundry room, we had an underground pipe leaking water through the cement. They were able to replace the cast iron pipe and replace it with pvc. They also replaced our shower drain. They made sure the connections were all set. Great customer service.
