I'm a little late to leave my review but life has been extremely crazy…read more My husband and I had our wedding in August and had Gianni as our dj. I felt like the admin team did an amazing job at matching us with a dj that would fit our wedding day so well. Gianni was great, helped go over our playlist and schedule prior to the wedding to make sure we had everything the way we needed and for it to run smoothly. We were planning everything ourselves so his tips to make certain things run smoothly were extremely helpful! My favorite part was that I had requested him not to take song requests unless it came from my MOH, and no matter how much my family bugged him he stuck to that request! Which I greatly appreciated. The dance floor and vibes were amazing, my brother was dance battling anyone he could!

The ceremony was outside which Chad set up his equipment first to play music before the ceremony started and special songs that I had selected for the ceremony. He then moved his stuff inside the restaurant for the reception and party. The guests had so much fun dancing and Chad always had the songs that everyone wanted to hear. He was so helpful in the whole process, always checking in to make sure everything was still on track and if there was anything he could do to help. He also helped me find my wedding photographer. I would highly recommend Chad and his DJ services. Excellent guy to work with, a great person, and amazing at what he does!

From just our first conversation I knew Brian had his stuff together and was incredibly organized and professional. As the wedding date grew near, we were assigned a DJ. However, after a few hiccups & an explanation of our music preference, PDX DJs switched Jesse (also known as DJ Good Things) to be our DJ for the wedding. Lexie & I had the ability to meet with Jesse via Zoom to go over what we needed the day of the wedding in terms of processional, recessional, first dance, and so on. Jesse was extremely easy to get along with and understood exactly what we needed to make our day special.   As our wedding day arrived, Jesse did an excellent job with all our DJ needs. Jesse was extremely professional, on time, and efficient. Jesse was particularly great at keeping the reception party fun and energetic by mixing our songs in a way that kept everyone dancing and engaged.   I would recommend Jesse and PDX DJs to anyone who is looking for wedding DJ services. I am sharing this as a caution in choosing this company as I see many positive reviews but our…read moreexperience was FAR from positive. I was part of my best friends wedding this past weekend and our experience with Party Factory was beyond unprofessional, rude, and demeaning. My best friend placed an order for linens 6 months ago to which she was told they would be able to fulfill said order. Two weeks before the wedding (nearly 6 months since placing the order) she was contacted by Party Factory informing her they did not have the colors she wanted. Upset but understanding things happen, she came up with a solution and choose to do all white linens to which she was then told they also cannot fulfill. Again this was two weeks before her wedding after months of being told that everything was fine and she would be able to get the linens she needed/wanted. Upon the day of the set up and rehearsal (the day before the wedding) the linens were dropped off--this include disproportionate amounts of black, grey, silver, and white. On top of this, two of the white table clothes had stains and the company did not drop off the drapes for the ceremony backdrop. We called and waited to have them delivered. Further when they were delivered, there were lose threads and not all of the drapes were there. At this point we were so behind we did not have time to wait for more so we did what we could to make it work despite the mistakes made by this company. Thankfully, the venue allowed us to use some of their own and we ended up not using any of the black cloths. The night of the wedding when Party Factory came to pick them up the owner Cyrus was present and the wedding coordinator explained the stains and how we had not used the black asking for a refund. Cyrus was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and demeaning telling the wedding coordinator to "lower her expectations" and that she "obviously doesn't know the industry and has never done this before" to which she quickly corrected that she was a wedding coordinator and had been part of this industry for awhile. Further, several days after the wedding Cyrus sent an email to the bride accusing her of being a "bully" stating that "[she was] rude to [his] staff, and has unrealistic expectations of people especially after [she] hasbeen a bully to them.  [He and the staff] all love working on events and helping to make events the best product that [they] can, when [they] are working with people who are nice and share [their] goals of a great event it encourages [them] to double [their] efforts, however you [the customer] crap on people and are not the kind of customer [he] wants to work with.  Please use another company in the future." It is also worth noting that the individual he emailed (the bride) was not even present during the time of this encounter. I am in awe of the unprofessionalism and disrespect. I cannot express into words how much I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants an stress-free and communicative experience for their wedding or other events.
