After looking through a ton of confusing wedding websites that make you fill out a form to learn pricing, it was refreshing how transparent Significa's cost is. They have different packages that you can customize for exactly the hours and features you want. Collin and Jay more than lived up to that first impression that this small business is driven to deliver on personalized, great experiences throughout the entire process of planning for a big event. We hired Significa to run the Magic Mirror Photobooth and DJ'ing at our wedding. Collin and Jay were both extremely professional to work with and quick in responding to emails. I always heard back from Collin same day (if not within an hour), even when reaching out on a weekend. Meeting them in-person to talk through what we were looking for, I found them both personable, considerate of what we wanted, and dedicated to providing outstanding experiences to their clients during planning and the big day. Collin bent over backwards to accommodate my procrastination on our photo book, coordinating with a vendor and communicating with me to rush the order through. I was very impressed with: (1) having all my entertainment needs provided by one company (2) the level of customer service provided throughout the whole process and (3) that the photo booth and music selections are highly customizable! Lastly, I have to say that the magic mirror photo booth is SO cool. It really doesn't come through how fun and modern it is until you see it and use it in person. Everyone at the event loved it. On Sunday May 19th, was the most fantastic wedding to date here at Adeline Farms! We had many…read morerental demands and vision for those rentals that were more than we had ever done before. We had two different rental/event production companies working on the tents, flooring, drapery installations, crystal chandeliers, etc. Let me just say, West Coast Event Productions is simply the best rental company I have ever worked with, hands down!! WCEP, you have an incredible account manager in Danny Michelson and project manager in Andrew Rotchford! I am the co-owner of Adeline Farms and our event coordinator. We have been hosting weddings for five years now and have worked with many different party and event rental companies. This last month we used West Coast Event Productions for the first time. They were so phenomenal! Danny was my contact through the entire process. We called on West Coast two weeks prior to our largest event of the season. The company we were using didn't have the size tent we needed, nor did they have enough flooring for the inside of our tent. The two companies worked together to create the dining floor that my clients wanted. The weekend we had our event, was one of the busiest for all the rental companies. Danny was gracious and an amazing problem solver. He made me feel like every request I had, was doable. Even when I had to have extra product, the day of the event (which was a Sunday, twice!), he simply said, let me see what I can do. Then there was Andrew Rotchford! Andrew and Danny came out for the site visit. They met with me and the floral designer. The designer and I had many questions and needs. They were positive and fun to work with, even with the heavy demands. When the other company dropped off the flooring and heaters, they placed them in the way of pathways and set up. Andrew and his team moved the flooring and then helped me move all of the heaters to a different location. I was annoyed with the situation, but he was nothing but positive and it changed my attitude. The night before the Sunday event, I made the realization that it would be too cold to not have at least three side walls on our 80 x 30m tent. I sent an email to Danny and he handled it immediately and without hesitation, that next morning. THEN! Three hours before the event, with the one side of the tent still open for traffic flow and for viewing our musicians tent, we found the wind to be too much. The wind stared to blow like crazy. Unbeknown to me, the florist/designer, had created tall spindly towers with heavy floral arrangements on the top for the centerpieces. Though extremely stunning, they were almost blowing over from the now wind tunnel. We had to do something or none of those arrangements were going up. I made a call to Danny who called Andrew who called Mike! Mike is the operations manager! It was his day off and the warehouse was closed. He opened up the warehouse and drove up the extra sidewalls... all the way to our farm here in Woodland, Washington! Danny, Andrew and Mike just handled my issues as if it were their issues. They jumped in and took care of my situation swiftly and with kindness. You made me a hero that day! The production that comes out of WCEP is beautiful as well as super hero like! David Perez does amazing work. Like Pinterest comes to life amazing! He under lined the tent with chiffon and draped the barn doors. The crystal chandeliers added to my dining room in the barn and the five crystal chandeliers under the chiffon liner of the tent along with the woodgrain flooring...a sight to behold. Every installation from each team member was seamless and precise! Superior product and artistry beyond compare! They also have a huge inventory of the best of the best rentals! Everyone was top notch, with above and beyond service! Nice, fun and EXTREMELY responsive! Danny was available to me either every time I called or called me back immediately. That is invaluable when planning and hosting any event, but especially one that jumped from 200 to 250 just days before the event, and with such an important client to us. By the way, bringing on WCEP, was a last minute situation and they pulled it off like I had been working with them for months, instead of just a matter of days. WCEP must have an incredible in house culture to have so many people, all doing their jobs that exceed the industry standard in quality, professionalism, efficiency and grace under pressure! West Coast worked through any and all property site challenges with extreme expertise and efficiency. The crew was very friendly and precise, always asking for my input. Wendi and DJ did a fantastic job both in person and online with all the details and selections. Austin, was wonderful as the onsite lead. Our Grand Gala we had was beautiful. Katy is truly the best in the business. We engaged Katy ~18 months before our original wedding…read moredate, but due to COVID this became ~30 months, so we got to know Katy well. We live out of state and didn't have context on the local wedding scene. Our venue also provided very little - we had to bring in generators, tents, furniture, etc. We are the type of clients that wanted to explore all options and vendors in the ecosystem. Our only regret is that we didn't trust Katy's guidance 100% of the time early on, because it turned out she was always right. She has excellent relationships with all the vendors and will get you great rates and service, while making sure the wedding is personalized, creative, and unique to the couple. We unexpectedly had to change venues for our rehearsal dinner 5 days before the event due to covid, and she managed it all with ease, securing new decor, transportation etc, always staying on top of the smallest details. Despite the crazy times, she maintained a positive attitude and kept us as calm as possible. Bridal Bliss also uses Rock Paper Coin, which makes payment tracking and vendor management easy.
