Been having trouble with a front wheel for a little while - mysterious flats! Taken in to different…read moreshops, including Two Wheeler Dealer once before, and have never been able to resolve the reason-for-continued-flats debacle. No fault of anyones: I couldn't even determine the issue. Took it in today just wanting to be done with it, and Dillon went above and beyond - thorough inspection, entertained all my ideas and suggestions, helped me get a spare wheel and tire together, and even swapped the tires around after having already installed a new tube/tire for me because I wanted to try them on the original (troublesome) rim. Time will tell if the original rim will strike with a flat again, but I've got a whole spare wheel, new tubes, and experienced great service and value preparing for that contingency. It won't be the last time I visit TWD. Thanks Dillon!

Staff was really helpful, helped me with fittings and helped me look for what I needed from the shoes I was buying for. The manager I believe helped me and knew exactly what I was looking for. Store is clean, not a messy shoe department with boxes/debris in the isles. The selection was outstanding. Any kind of shoe/sandal/boot that you are looking for you will find it here and won't have to pay $100-200 a pair. Great Quality and great comfort. Love my new Skechers and will definitely be back. OK.... I skimmed the packed store with my eyes and it looked like there were plenty of things that would have suited me. However with that rude attitude I will not ever step foot in your store again! This lady needs a lesson in customer service. If they treat people like that, no wonder the store is packed with merchandise! This miserable lady made me feel like crap the rest of the day.
