Thrifty White in Moose Lake is EMPLOYEE OWNED, and a true "breath of fresh air"! Professional, competent, and trying their best to please all of us. Do I wish they moved faster? Yes, but I realize I'm the one that should "slow down" and realize they are doing their job, and taking care of us. Kind and professional.... What more can you ask for?

Waited in line…read more& then told "can you wait 30 minutes?" um, it's bloody freezing out so no, we'll come back another day. Next day in sub zero temps we drive there. I ask for the script --- "when was it called in?" I said yesterday! "oh, can you wait 10 - 15 mnutes?" well it's a heart med so yes I'll wait. Go back in store & stand in the line for 40 minutes then they have a hard time finding it!!! The problem is they wait to fill til you get there and there is NOT any cashier for just normal pharmacy stuff (bandaides, tooth paste etc) so every one has to wait in line! The line was backed to the door. This place needs serious management restructure. I will never use this place (or any Thrifty White) again!

The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. I live 30 miles out of town and when I called my pills in to have ready; it was always a problem and they couldn't get it right. Calling to speak with them, instead of answering the phone they make you wait and pick up the phone and hang it up quickly so they do not have to deal with you. My overall experience at this Walgreens is I would never go back and do business. It seems like a busy store probably understaffed and could care less if you return as a customer. The employees who answer the pharmacy line are completely rude. In all the years I've gone to my old store, I never once had any problem. I made several complaints and the management would give me store credit each time but I won't step in there to buy anything. I'm done dealing with their terrible customer service.
