Non-pharmacy staff was kind and helpful. Really showed that famous Minnesota hospitality. Would definitely shop there again.

I did find the staff friendly and courteous over the phone . Getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner was a different story. Ordered 2 refills 16 days ago. One was not refilled due to a "computer glitch". Now that the glitch has been corrected my prescription has been partially filled. The other drug is due in any day, still waiting. read more

My insurance switched at my job and I had to pick a new pharmacy. I chose this Walgreens because it was close to my old pharmacy and after three long months of dealing with the staff at this place: enough is enough. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. I live 30 miles out of town and when I called my pills in to have ready; it was always a problem and they couldn't get it right. Calling to speak with them, instead of answering the phone they make you wait and pick up the phone and hang it up quickly so they do not have to deal with you. My overall experience at this Walgreens is I would never go back and do business. It seems like a busy store probably understaffed and could care less if you return as a customer. The employees who answer the pharmacy line are completely rude. In all the years I've gone to my old store, I never once had any problem. I made several complaints and the management would give me store credit each time but I won't step in there to buy anything. I'm done dealing with their terrible customer service. read more

I had to give you guys one star because it doesn't give me any other option but I wanna let everybody know how screwed up this Walgreens is! I get a text I get email I get a phone call that my prescriptions ready I drive in 66 damn miles in your closed. It is happened 17 times in two years to me know that you guys just clothes out of the blue and I really appreciate that. I'm out of my meds till Monday and I sure in the hell you all are open because I am switching to a different pharmacy. I am done. read more

I have use this Walgreens for the past 10 years and have had very little problem with them up until recently the past six months my pills have been broken or missing and very poor customer service the manager was very rude stated policy but was on able to show me the policy! I was told the district manager was going to call me by corporate and I was called by the manager of the store again and same old same old very rude and unable to show me policy! read more

As the other reviews stated this is The absolute worst pharmacy in, most likely, the entire state. I've unfortunately been going here for years and just recently had to switch because I just can't take it anymore ridiculously bad customer service extremely on organized and unprofessional staff for the most part. Also experienced multiple unnecessary problems with insurance almost every single time I needed my prescriptions filled. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this pharmacy! There are multiple pharmacies close by which will take much better care of you and your prescription needs. The other negative reviews regarding this Walgreen's are accurate and the general consensus remains the same locally. read more

I'm completely disappointed. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had our surgeon's RN send the Rx up to the Brainerd Walgreens Pharmacy at 1pm after we were discharged from a same day surgery. It's 5pm and they haven't filled it. Work on your time management and professionalism as people seriously need their medications in a timely matter. read more

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. When I called in two different times I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Talked to the pharmacist and the prescription was still filled at wrong store. Called again..spoke to them again and said they could call and transfer it..pick up in one hour. One hour and fifteen minutes later( and a 30 minute drive)..I was told they couldn't fill it....call your doctor...very rudely told..can't you see we are busy...unbelievable unorganized and RUDE..... read more
