I have tried to order repair parts for over a year with no luck. Some of the delay is due to the marinas that represent the product to the consumer. I understand the marina's problems with Floe. No follow up support after the sale is made. I have spoken with a factory rep many times. They are unable to produce a parts breakdown for my model. When they make a change to the product, they have no way to designate which parts for which hoist. What are they doing, building the boat lifts with whatever parts they might have laying around? No wiring diagram or schematic for the electronics are available either. Truly a Mickey Mouse operation. read more
