We rented a car at Thrifty car rental through rentalcars.com online. We picked it up in Parlemo at the airport. No one was there when we returned the car in the morning and we left the keys as we were told to do. Three weeks later we received a charge for $460 for damage to the bumper of the car. There was no damage when we left the car!!!! Talking and writing Thrifty and rentalcars.com did no good. Thankfully, our credit card company believed us.
