Would give no stars if possible as service was terrible!! arrived only to be told that a) they could not use our American credit cards because they dont have a chip, when every other retailer in the UK accepts our cards b) would not accept my husbands UK drivers license without the paperwork.... when we went to the another car rental in Perth they accepted our credit cards and a simple call to the DVA to check driving history, they added a lot of unnecessary hassle to our holiday. read more
