The owners are very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. They're great about special ordering or keeping an eye out for things you want. Wide array of genres and formats, and other cool items like pins, patches, video games, movies, memorabilia, shirts, etc. We're mainly into heavy/extreme metal and 70s rock and country and we always find gems here; some of the rarest records in our collection came from here! Pricing is generally on par with Discogs so I'm not sure why other reviewers are complaining. Even if you're paying a bit more you still get the brick and mortar experience and are supporting a local business. If you're local and haven't been here yet you're missing out.
