We have purchased 2 leather sofas (quality is not good), a big fluffy chair which will be repaired for a 2nd time in the next week, a bed, a dresser, a dinning room table with four chairs and a bench (the worst quality for the price paid). I have spoken with the service department several times. Vickie actually returned my call on Monday from a voicemail I left on Sunday. So, Susan please do your research before saying "we can't find where you purchased anything from us".
