As soon as I entered the retail business, there was a friendly and knowledgeable lady staff member behind the counter who welcomed me and told me to feel free to ask her any question that I might have about any item in the shop. As I walked around, what impressed me the most was the good quality condition that most of the items were in. And the well-organized that the vender booths were in, allowing the accommodation of a great variety and number number of items. I invite you to view my photographs accompanying this review to get a better sense of the place and its merchandise variety. Some of the venders were around arranging their booths with new items related to the Holiday Season. The lady owner of one of my favorite booths for the items it carried also happened to be there at the moment. When I asked the staff lady if she could open one of the locked display cases for me to take a closer look of an item I was interested in, she pointed out that the lady vender happened to be there at the moment and called her to see if she could open me the display case for me with her key. I was interested in a brass shield of the Commonwealth of Virginia. After I examined both sides to verify it was in good condition, the owner told me she could probably give me a discount if I liked it. I asked her how much she could leave it for, and she lowered the price from $75 to $60. And I quickly accepted. I was lucky she was there and gave me a discount, but most of the items I saw there were reasonably priced. A must-visit! I highly recommend spending time here to see the amazing collection of interesting items. You're bound to find a special something for yourself or a one-of-a-kind gift.

The ladies working the shop were very nice , the one lady even went back and grabbed me three more toddler shirts for my daughter, the kids clothing was $2 - that's a steal considering in PA they wanna charge $5 for second hand clothing, not this mama. I got clothing for my daughter, some gardening items for myself, a Disney towel under $2! I will agree with other reviewers that some things are priced higher - and those items just aren't for me, but there are treasures to be found. Check them out if you're in the area.

I happened to have discovered it while walking along the sidewalk of Grandin Road near the Grandin Theatre. Some of the items in their display window entised me to go in and explore all of their consignment merchandise for sale. As soon as I went in exploring the beautiful items, a friendly young lady greeted and welcomed me. She explained how all the items in the store were left on consignment. Items can be consiged on Tuesday with no appointment necessary. Items are tagged with the date they go on sale and if they don't sell by a specified date customers can get 20% off or even up to 40% of the original price. I enjoyed just looking around at all the wonderful items and found a couple I liked so much to purchase and take home. One of them I even got 20% off because of the tagged date. It was a very interesting store that I had never seen one before. I highly recommend that if you're in the area, you stop and give it a visit. Who knows what you will find, and if you purchase something you will be supporting the local store and community members as well.

All I did was asked a valid question as to why I did not get 50% of $149.98, which is what my necklace was listed for. Instead, I got $67.49, which was 50% of $134.98. I would have expected $74.99. I was told by the lady who works there that sometimes the owner gives a special discount to regular customers. I was fine with her answer and that should have been the end of that The next day, I got a call from the owner telling me that he was told that I was upset when I called to ask about the difference. I emphasized to him that I was not upset. I was only wondering about the difference. He explained to me just like what the lady said to me the day before. He also said that that was on him giving that kind of discount to his customer. He then said that they seem to always be doing something wrong by me and that they should return my stuff to me. I felt like I was being punished for having asked a valid question. When I first started the consignment with them, they had lost a couple of my stuff, and they compensated me for them, which was well and good. They even said that they hoped that I was going to continue consigning with them. So, we moved on. Back in July, I noticed that a storage box that I had dropped off for consignment was no where to be seen, this box would have been hard to miss. It was not there but was still showing as available in my 'available' list. I brought it up with them on the day they returned my stuff to me, and the owner said that I dropped it off on 7/10, and it was sold and paid out within a couple of weeks, I think. Anyway, if it was paid out, it was not to me. The pay out must have accidentally gone to someone else. I had also brought up with the owner, when we talked on the phone, that I seemed to have been missing a necklace. I brought 4 necklaces, and only 3 were accounted for. When I got back from my vacation to pick up my stuff, somehow the missing necklace has appeared. I did not bother to ask where it was since they were already returning my stuff. I did not want nor expect to be banned from consigning. All I did was asked a valid question. I didn't think it was fair that they did that to me. I really enjoyed shopping at their store. I think that it should have been up to me to make that decision to discontinue doing business with them if I thought they weren't doing right by me. It is really sad and unfortunate this happened. Now it just really makes me sad to drive by there and not go any more.
