In several instances, I was repeatedly told that the attorney was "in a meeting," while staff members appeared to be casually socializing throughout the office. The environment did not reflect the level of professionalism or attentiveness I expected from a law firm. In my opinion, attorneys should thoroughly investigate allegations before seeking serious legal remedies that can affect a person's reputation and livelihood.
