After a hearing, the court dismissed the petition, finding that the Attorney Neely Brown Wallace failed to meet the burden of proof. As the respondent, I spent significant time, money, and emotional energy defending myself against allegations that were ultimately not proven in court. I was particularly troubled by the fact that the case appeared to be based on speech that I believed was protected by the First Amendment. In my opinion, attorneys should thoroughly investigate allegations before seeking serious legal remedies that can affect a person's reputation and livelihood. Based on my experience, I did not feel that happened here. I encourage anyone considering this firm to review the public court records and form their own conclusions.

I also contacted the person who referred me and they were appalled. They told me they were under the understanding that the first consultation was free. My experience is mine and only mine.
