My husband and I are so thankful that we found James Nici. Anytime I had questions I could count on…read morehim giving an explanation to us. No matter how many questions I had, and I had a lot, he gave me the time. We are so grateful!

I cannot agree with Kristen about Jim's malfeasances on this enough. As my trustee he has changed…read moretrusts that weren't supposed to be changed. Turned brother against brother , in our case ., as well as - sons against fathers ., he is low low low down . Distributions that are his discretion only are then given to other beneficiaries as to protect his trusteeship. Essentially turning them all against ONE ? It's a farce and a costly one at that! It seem unethical or should be down right illegal. Trusts that are deemed irrevocable had better not stay in nici office or they will magically change at the time of death. Make numerous NUMEROUS copies as he will get other attorneys to destroy it on you and your sticky point blank ( embarrassed) with his newest garbage. This one favors Nici more NOT descendants ( he pays himself more then the income beneficiaries get in our case). NEXT the court get the new language not the old which is in fact "express" wishes of the grantor ., be alert he is bad bad bad . I'm in a lawsuit now and it's over denying me my "accustomed manor of living" and hems provisions back to 2018... and his discretionary decisions are very much in question / he is a crook and a liar.

Ryan Shapot and Boatman Ricci have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They guided me through…read morethe complexities of a very difficult business dispute and made a stressful situation much more manageable. Ryan stood by my side every step of the way day and night offering honest, thoughtful guidance to protect both me and my assets, even when it wasn't always what I wanted to hear. His dedication and integrity truly set him apart. Ryan is my lawyer for life, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy legal representation.

I have had the pleasure of working with Stephen Schahrer Esq. on many cases. The thing I like best…read moreabout Stephen is he is a litigator and his thinking if superior in how he approaches his cases. Legal work is a tough area that we as businesspeople are forced to attention and approaching it as it is written in the law does not lend to success in your case work. The key to a greater understanding and approach to tough cases is to add the human element into the decisions and this is done by understanding the argument that will be presented in front of the courts. Further the determination of your case and if it should be a jury trial or a single opinion as a judge. Once you see these arguments as they will come together in real life allows you to make the proper decisions as the plaintiff or defendant in any case. Since most cases do not reach this point, the potential argument is critical in setting the perception of the opposing council long before you enter the costly expense as felt in the farther progression in the case. Stephen sees the argument in advance, understands the law and presents it to you for a clarity that allows you to either take the risk or remove yourself from a case without an upside potential of your projected benefit. If he does not know, he will seek the advice. Large fees for the legal team's education are not a path I ever would suggest. This is not Stephen's approach.
