The facility and staff seem to be clean and everyone seemed to be happy to run around doing their jobs. They aren't a very soft-spoken bunch, but I guess in that environment you learn you don't have to be. I couldn't stand being there very long myself, but I'm sure it's a wonderful thing if you have nothing else and no one else.

I was very nervous about our girl having a surgery but she's home and doing well and they took excellent care of her. Beverly and the other ladies who do the phones and scheduling and work the front desk are very nice and so was Thomas, who called us when she was ready and walked us through what she'd need for recovery when we picked her up. I feel confident that everyone there truly loves animals and cares for them well and it makes me less nervous to bring my other cat in. They offer the best prices for spaying and neutering in the area, I called several places and none of them were as affordable as Have a Heart and they don't charge extra for the females and include shots as part of the already, low price.
