A great time ruined by a rude employee. We had a large 25 person party in the function hall section of the restaurant. We had no problems throughout the entirety of our appetizers and dinner. The servers were very nice and did their job well. In general, the food, drinks, and service were fine. After everyone had eaten and was enjoying hanging out and conversing since it was a birthday party, a woman who I assume is the manager, walked up to the person who arranged the dinner party and handed him the bill telling him that the party had had enough and to get out, and simply walked away with no explanation. Not a single server had said anything to anyone, there had been no outbursts, this wasn't a rowdy group. About a minute before this happened a drink slipped out of my hand and the glass broke on the floor. I picked up the broken glass and put it on a chair next to me, and apologized to the two servers cleaning up. They said not to worry and thanks for helping. As we were standing there with the check after being told to get out with no explanation, I thought to myself there was no way that could be the reason. When I went up to the woman that gave us the check and told us to leave, I asked if it was me dropping my drink that prompted it. She said yes in a roundabout way, hinting at her annoyance our party in general. Legitimately surprised, I asked if she thought I had had too much to drink, and if I left, the rest of the dinner party could leave. As ridiculous as the offer was, I didn't want to ruin the birthday party. The woman let out a small laugh, and said no. I went back and the entire party left without incident. Now I have to say. At that point we had had about a $1,200 tab and were going to spend quite a bit more money. The check also had gratuity built in already, which was unfortunate because we were going to leave more than that %. In all, our group had zero problems with servers throughout dinner, and were having a nice relaxing evening at a nice new restaurant. And then someone that for some unknown reason simply decided to kick our entire party out. She blamed it on a simple drink accidentally being dropped, but after speaking with a few people, she apparently was annoyed with our party from the start because she had to grab one more table for 2 extra people that came. This person ruined not only our party's night, but also lost the servers a good amount of money, and now lost about 25 customers for good. If the owners read this, I saw 2 security cameras in the hall. Please take a look at the recordings from Friday night so you can see how well behaved our party was, and how ridiculous your employee's actions were. read more

First time here. The decor is great and our server was very nice. The menu was diverse and the drinks were tasty. The food was inconsistent. Our apps were good but the entrees were hit or miss. The one comment I have to make is we had three people get the carbonara-and all three dishes were different. I am a carbonara fan and this was supposed to be a different take with pork belly so I was excited (but the sauce listed on the menu was classic-egg yolk/parm). I tasted all three dishes and they were not great-two were basically Alfredo-way too much cream and one was no cream/sauce and was oily. I don't know how they were severed like that.....even to the eye they looked completely different. All three dishes went back to kitchen basically full so I hope they took notice. I was with a party so I did not bring it to the attention of the server. I hope they get it together because they are located in an industrial park-5 min down the road there are so great places and some Waterfront dining-they are def going to have to be more consistent to keep people coming back. read more

We went to Three V for the first time last night and was sadly disappointed. I like industrial looks however Three V is dark, bland and does not have a warming ambience. The wine was delicious, Abstract, and at a good price point. ($58) The food, not so much. The Carbonara was listed as Pork belly and I am sorry, that is ham not pork belly. Too much pasta and so clumpy you could hardly twirl a fork full of it. The short ribs we unappealing and had very little flavor and we didn't like the sauce that came in the side. The calamari app was deep fried but not crispy. The prices are affordable here so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I was happy to see something open in the former Roo Bar space. I went there the first week they opened. The ambiance is great, they have a huge bar in the middle of the room and high top tables all around. I was happy to hear that they are going to have live music on the weekends! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, the prices are reasonable, and the food was good. I had the beet salad and added salmon to it. The piece of salmon was large and the salad was good but there weren't that many beets, more arugula than beets. Throw a few more beets on the salad and it would be awesome! Green bean fries are delicious. This place has a lot of potential, I will definitely go back! read more

We had run out of places to go, but this was a new spot. Brick, rod iron and mortar floor. Boston style modern hipness. Millennials dressed up chatting made it difficult to hear or think in the place. If you stop by at peak hours, wear ear plugs and brush up on your sign language. Your date won't hear you. Chat could drown out a sports air blast horn! Service was fast and furious and you could tell the waitresses and table help had major focus like pit bosses at a casino. Our waitress was cheery-cherry and with the crowd around, we didn't expect great service. Surprise! Service was fast and the food was fantastic. Rustic pizza neopalitan style was fabulous, fish and chips was flakey and tasty, my son ate the Mac and cheese with pork belly and suggested we "come back tomorrow" which he never says and dug in with reckless abandon. Fish tacos were tasty and the water glasses were filled rapidly. The bar takes 70% of the floor and you could tell the babes just wanted to drink suds and martinis and look fabulous. Im giving five stars for food and service. Am very excited that it is open for lunch. In general, I find that if it's decent, well thought out food, it opens at 4. Drives me nuts!! So v happy we can lunch here. I am hoping to see a rotating cocktail menu as I did not see anything that suited me- but thats me. They were def clever cocktails, so I cant find any fault there. My only other issue- again a preference but putting it out there in case there are others like me- it was sooooo crowded and loud Sat night. 2 hour wait! I will say, with a bar 2-3 ppl deep, a server came out from behind bar to apprto ask if wed like something. No waiting and elbowing up to a bar leaning over between diners. Impressive when so crowded. But good for them re: crowd and we will just go earlier. However, Im curious, why no use of the other side of the space, where the previous bar had been located? They certainly have the volume of clientele to warrant it and may provide a quieter dining experience on busy nights. Im sure there is a plan for the space, owners are clearly smart. Will return. Update- returned for lunch. the oyster rockefellers should be illegal in most states. SO. GOOD. Everything was good, had a cocktail off of the menu that I enjoyed too. The service is great, creative drink menu and nice atmosphere. It's worth a try. It may get loud on busy nights. We also tried to eat there at 7:00 pm on a Friday and there was over an hour late. Went to Three V tonight to celebrate my wife's promotion at work. The manager Derek, greeted us by opening the door and Introducing himself!! We brought our son we walked in said would be 1/2 hour wait no problem. The manager saw us sitting there with our 1 year old son and moved some things around so we could be sat right away. The waitress was quick to come over. We ordered a grilled cheese for my son and Street corn for us to start!! The manager again brought those out and asked if we needed anything for our son, also came back and check in on anything we needed. The street corn was delicious my son ate most of the grilled cheese and the delicious fries!! We then ordered our dinner I got chick Franceia it was delicious the flavor of the sauce was amazing!! My wife then got the pork belly tacos!! She said they where really good too!! We will definitely be back the food and service was top notch!! All of there restaurants are amazing!! read more

The service was fast and accommodating, especially when we had originally sat outside and it was a bit cold. It was busy inside but I had asked the hostess if we could find a seat. They immediately helped us out and explained to us that we were going to have a new server. Food was delicious, especially the hummus appetizer. Wish there was a bit more pita bread but we cant complain. The only thing else I'd say is that the broccoli is the star of the show for the tempura vegetables, and there needs to be way more of it in the dish. Place is good. Hopping! Apps were good. Drinks good. Tho felt rushed. At least 3 wait staff asked if we were done. Had to ask for more pita chips for our hummus. Waiter said I will have to charge you. It was 75 cents, really! Dont you think they should have just given us them. There were not enough for the dip. Also the place smelled like paint. It went away when u go further in. I mentioned it and the staff said they had not painted. Well it was there for sure. A bit loud for my liking. Tho every place that has gone in there is loud. I called nearly a week and a half in advance for a reservation for 6 at 6:30pm. Not only did the young girl at the front desk incorrectly book the time of my reservation, but three days later I received a phone call from the manager Jared or Derek (who knows, he was too busy being rude to confirm) who condescendingly told me that he didn't know how or when I made that reservation but that it was being canceled because he had a party coming in and no tables were available. When I explained that I called and spoke with a hostess to make my reservation days ago he did not apologize but prided himself on giving me ample notice that he would not be accepting the reservation I had made so many days prior. I asked if there was an earlier reservation time available since the time I was booked for wasn't even the time I had requested, and he spoke to me as if I was inconvenience stating once more that my reservation was canceled and I would not be welcome that evening. Furthermore, I will say that I booked this reservation purely out of convenience for my friend group, however on previous trips to this establishment I found the service and food to be subpar compared to other establishments owned by the same family. Gave us a drink took our order for food, after about 30 minutes came back and asked what our order was and apologized for not putting it in. Said she would comp one of the meals, came back a second time 15 minutes late and apologized and said she would comp both meals. came back 10 min. later with some bread. The whole thing started at 7:30 PM. I do not know why but we paid for our drinks at 9:00 PM and left. Limited menu never got our meals, thinking this place will be short lived. This hidden gem was found on a random trip home from Boston. It is said to have have a "speakeasy feel but I don't know what that's supposed to look like. The bottom line is that it was fantastic! The massive square bar was the centerpiece of the room and since there was an hour wait(Saturday at 7pm), we ate at the bar. Hubby got single serve brickoven pizza(sausage/ pepper) for $14, I got a Mediterranean salad for 14. The app was a plentiful plate of tempura veggies that were more tender than ever, and tempura as light as can be. The drinks were strong, the workers were all super friendly all the bar tenders all said hello and asked to help us. The vibe was very lively and we can't wait to go back for their flight nights and Sunday brunch. Oh I almost forgot the restaurant is hidden inside an almost vacant rope factory. Went their for dinner and drinks with one of my good friends based off the reviews here and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing! We got the Mac and cheese shareable and margherita pizza and both were delicious. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. They had a band that Friday night and it was loud but not to loud where we couldn't hear each other talk. If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. We went out on my birthday with my 16 month old granddaughter and were treated so rudely by the manager that we eventually left before we ordered. There is no children's menu although they do have high chairs. That was fine but when we asked for a small portion of something on the menu for the baby we were told that they would charge the full amount because "this", referring to children, was not the "image" that the restaurant had in mind when they opened. The manager, Vinnie, said that to us repeatedly until we finally said that we got the message-children are not welcome in his restaurant-but after waiting 35 minutes to be seated we were all hungry, especially the baby. After going back and forth with Vinnie for over 5 minutes we decided to leave. WE WILL NEVER RETURN! PARENTS BE WARNED-YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT WELCOME IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more

Stopped in to watch Patriot game with my son. The honey garlic wings were less than thrilling, not enough to share. Thin sugary sauce with less than garlic, no kick. Prosciutto pizza cooked in a brick oven browned, not crisped, arrived looked pretty good, small, with maybe arugula drizzled with a dark sauce that had no ascertainable flavor. End of first quarter, ordered a round of hot wings. Small portion with white celery type pieces on edge of plate, had to ask for blue cheese. Apparently blue cheese dressing is on embargo as the thimble they produced, was presented like caviar. Well cooked but no flavor.... So middle of second quarter, 2 orders of wings down and one pizza history... Still hungry.. leaving before halftime...got tab $49.00 plus tip. $10.00 for bourbon, no problem Knob Creek, good bourbon... $1.00 for rocks. Not so happy.. Why no pictures? I am an adult and don't take pictures of food, this is America, want picture of food go to Denny's and stare at a menu..On my way home I drove past KFC and damn near pulled in to get some wings, that's actually how hungry I was, pretty bad... My husband and I absolutely loved the look and feel this new restaurant! They put in a HUGE bar - very smart. We went on a Friday night so the wait was an hour and 15 min, but we didn't mind hanging out at bar with some friends for a bit. Their cocktail list was creative and I very much enjoyed the Winters Kiss which was very tart and refreshing! We decided to order some "Sharables" and started with the Three V's Signature Mac, which was everything a mac & cheese should be - rich, smooth and creamy...and I loved the use of fusilli, so fun! Next, we had the Oysters Rockefeller - creamy and so tasty, always one of our favorites to try wherever we go! However, I would recommend they improve the presentation with some kale leaves or something...they looked a little odd on the plate. Lastly, we had the Tempura Veggies. This was the only item that fell flat...we didn't get any brussel sprouts in it, which are our favorite, and the green beans were a bit limp/oily. It happens, especially at a new place where they may be still working out the kinks, so no biggie. We would definitely try again as the food, drinks, service and ambiance were all fantastic, with that one small exception. Another A+ restaurant, Viscariello's!!! read more
