The coffee was well but customer service not so much. I was in the large room to the left with a few other people. It was super hot only in that room to the point where my close friend started to feel faint and had to leave. I kindly went and ask someone if they could possibly turn on the air conditioner. The person responded rudely by saying no and that it was simply body heat even though there was less than 10 people in the large room. I questioned him by saying but there is hardly anyone in there and the main area is so much more crowded yet cooler. He once again responded with even more attitude saying nope there is nothing I can do. I would completely understand if the air conditioner was broken but he never said that and he was seriously rude for no reason. read more

There are a lot of good things I can say about Three Tree. Phenomenal coffee, community, and care. The only bad thing I could offer is that I can't experience it year round. :P When I am in Statesboro for school, it is easily my favorite spot in the city. Lets talk about the 3 C's. The COFFEE is some of the best that I have ever had. Three Tree is technically Three Tree Coffee Roasters as well. That's how the business got it's start. It makes the coffee more genuine knowing that the same people making it took the care and time to roast the beans as well. They have coffee from multiple different regions such as Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Peru. Everything I have tried I've liked. They have latte's (Iced, Hot, and Frozen), teas, milkshakes, pour over and french press brews, and nitrogen based coffee. Plenty of options, all good! The COMMUNITY is amazing. Statesboro is a college town, so lots of people are in the shop, and Three Tree does an awesome job of welcoming everyone. They have live music on weekends, and a "Treehouse" loft upstairs with couches and chairs for study and relaxation. Lastly, and in my opinion most important, Three Tree CARES about the people they serve. The whole experience of the coffee is centered around the mission statement. Empower the Farmer (making sure farmer's get a fair deal on the beans they sell), Engage the community (Bullock county/Statesboro/Georgia Southern), and End Human trafficking. Three Tree has a goal to support organizations to end trafficking around the world. Three Tree is more than just here for the coffee. What they are striving for here is worth support just for their goals...but it helps that the coffee is REALLY freaking good too! ;) read more
