I then had an older lady do my massage which I did not know she'd be old. I asked her to apply more pressure and she said she was, but how much more pressure can an old lady apply? Afterwards when it came time for payment she did not know how to work the machines and I wasted almost 30 mins trying to get payment done. I practically undid my massage with the frustration of it all. Insurance still hadn't been confirmed so I paid WAY more than I should have and should get a refund which I'll follow up on. Make sure you ask the age of who you're getting and if they know how to work the machines. If someone doesn't know how to work the machines someone else who does should be there. I do not recommend this place for these reasons. Unless they actually have someone strong and who understands the payment system. Yeah sure it was nice for some parts but I also wanted a bit more deep tissue and didn't get it. Update: I spoke to them and they can't do anything for me. "What's done is done" was said to me. They didn't hold up on their end to check my insurance before my appointment which I would've rescheduled had I known I needed to be referred. So that's apparently on me, which is not how you treat a new client if you want continued business. They were not willing to come to some sort of resolution. I DO NOT recommend!
