The session was 20 minutes, and Eddie talked me through all of the posing. I loved that I was able to see the photos in real time and make corrections as needed to get that perfect photo! All of the photos taken during the session were available to me to download within 2 days, and once I decided on a photo for my headshot, Eddie edited it within 3 days! He also provided the same photo, but in the dimensions required by ERAS, making the whole experience extremely easy. You can also pay to get additional photos edited! Joe made me feel very comfortable (I don't photograph very well usually; posing isn't my strong point!) and most of the shots were candid. He kept the conversation going (I LOVED the fact he is from Texas- an awesome Southerner like me!!!) and kept me laughing and smiling. I would have considered it more of fun fashion shoot that for a just a headshot- which made me feel even more at ease. A friend came along and it helped to be casually chatting so I wasn't nervous about overthinking if I was in the right position etc. We met up on spring street and walked several blocks and found some really cool backgrounds! Joe is very talented and professional, but not uptight. He's very great at putting the model at ease and giving great direction. (Also very good at literally giving directions since navigating New York confused me haha) He sent me several photos, all categorized into different albums, and had me choose my favorite 4 for him to edit in detail. The whole process was seamless. Michael was great to work with when it came to scheduling and confirming everything, and the building was easy to find. I took his advice and had the Uber go to the building across the street and it worked like a charm. Dapheney and Philipp were so wonderful when it came to hair and makeup. I felt gorgeous and just told them to do their thing based on what they thought would look best. (And as a bonus, I got to look hot when seeing a Broadway show that night.) I felt like an old Hollywood screen siren. Raya was professional and INCREDIBLE. I used some of her costumes and she helped me feel way more comfortable than I ever thought I could in my skin. She knew the right lighting and angles to bring out my best features, and did I mention it was so FUN? I didn't know I could pose like that. I was able to see all the photos within a day and was blown away by her skill. My boyfriend was so impressed too and had a hard time choosing his favorites because there were so many good ones.
