There was nothing wrong with our cushions, but he appeared to know what he was talking about. We chose Sunbrella fabric and left a 75% deposit. That was in MAY. Our cushions were done in August, and they were terrible. The stuffing they used was so soft that you would sink to the floor when you sat on them. I asked Fred to come sit on our "New cushion " and he sank so far that he couldn't get up. In addition to being way to soft, they didn't fit on our furniture. After another month he brought a sample of the new cushion material for us to approve. After agreeing that the new material the tedious process of completing our job continued until we finally got our cushions back in DECEMBER. (7 months). Now the covers on our overpriced cushions have stretched to the point that there are awful looking wrinkles. Over priced and under performed. Stay away. BTW during one of our visits there was another customer who was complaining about lost cushions. The delivery guy who brought ours said Fred had never done a job as big as ours.

The cords slipped through the seam that holds to tighten....virtually impossible to get them out now without ripping the seam and having them fixed. I just don't use them anymore.
