If you haven't been out to Three Oaks Vineyard, you need to go!!!! This is a fantastic place to end the week and sip some wine and relax. The folks at the Vineyard have really out done themselves. The wine was great and the hospitality was spot on! Ask for Pete to give you a tour of the place, he can tell you everything you need to know. We went on a Friday evening and we were not disappointed, yelp reviews from the past were a great help in me deciding to exploring this place. Thanks! Pete one of the owners recommended coming on Saturday for food truck and live music!!! Will definitely be back on a Saturday!

Oh boy - where to begin! We were given a recommendation to try this place from a local friend. We love wineries and this one was probably one of the most unique ones we've visited. It looks like a simple home as you pull up and you would never guess what would be waiting for you as you drive down the lane to the back of the property. Pro tip: drive all the way back to the secondary parking. You get to park near the actual grapes in the vineyard, you get to see the beautiful villa building, you get to walk over the bridge, through the forrest, to get to the tasting area. Luckily the primary parking area was full or we would never have known! The staff of super friendly and if you ask Pete nicely he may even take you on a nice private tour of the vineyard! The wine is wonderful and has a ton of variety. The cheese board was great as well! Brava!

    Tasting room...really? Im in somebody's kitchen..uggh.

Heres my advice...sample wines at your own risk. Im sorry, I just cant recommend this winery. We tried 3 different wines and each wine tasted like a homemade local wine...bad! The wines had a bitter acidic aftertaste. I would describe their wine as "Flinty" very high in acidic and metallic. The atmosphere is like a cheesy 90's decor which goes with the quality of wine. Maybe we were disappointed because we had just departed from an amazing vineyard -Otter Creek Vineyard. I really love to support small local businesses but I just cant recommend this one!

When we drove 3 hours to get here, and we pulled up to someone's house, I thought for real. My original expression changed quickly. The winery is in the basement. It's small, quaint and cute. I tried 5 dry wines and they were all fantastic. The LaCrescent and Marquette were my favorite. The wines were all good. Pete the owner offered a tour of the place. We took him up on his offer. The grounds are amazing. The handmade bridge that Pete had build in the woods is absolutely incredible. They have an event center in the woods. This you will miss and think it's only a winery in the woods. Really loved this place. Pete said he purchased the property in the 1980's with intention of using it for off road racing. His wife said this would make a nice vineyard. They started to grow grapes but after realizing there was not much money in selling the grapes for all of the hard work that goes into that. That's when they decide to open a winery. They have been opened for 7 years. He said "A Happy Wife a Happy Life " well said.. Will visit again and recommend anyone else to do the same. The owners were the best.

Food was excellent and so good. Server was kind! But I have some things to add…read more 1. I asked for a taste of a unique wine to see if I liked it. Server did not disclose that there was a charge for this, I think she should have because this is not a common thing to do at all. I'm a server and I would never charge someone for something without them knowing. I consider that stealing. 2. The appetizer came out after the food which happens and I get that mistakes happen but it just added more negativity to the experience. I think it should have been known by the server the order of the meal though. 3. Clicked the print receipt button and never got a receipt? Not a huge deal but just another negative addition. Why is the button an option if it wasn't meant to follow through with the action. 4. We asked to sit outside and there was no room which is fine. But when a deuce behind us asked to sit outside, they sat down inside and when the first table was open, they offered it to the people who were seated after us. Overall, this restaurant looks nice and the service was nice. I think this place could really improve in quality and numbers if they paid attention to the details. I would say we'd love to come back because the food was so good but the point of eating out is not just to enjoy food but have a good experience and enjoy your time and money. The negatives were unfortunately not worth it for us.

We got there a little after 1:00 pm and they were super busy. The inside was small but there were plenty of seating outside. We didn't mind going out there despite the 30 degree weather. The view of the farm and vineyard was gorgeous to look at even with the snow. Before we went in, we greeted the sheep's in the front entrance. You can't miss the small barn. We stood in line and while we were waiting, we filled out the sheets and picked our 4 tastings. They range from dry, semi sweet and sweet. They also serve slushies and mulled wine. We ordered: Flight of 4 $10.00: -Dry Red- 2022 Free Run Norton -Dry Red- 2023 Marquette -2 Dry White-2023 Seyval Blanc -Dry Red-2022 Norton -Dry Red-Oaked Norton -Dry Red-2023 Alexander -Semi Dry Rose- 2023 Grower's Blush Appetizer: -Classic Charcuterie for two For food, they do have paninis and charcuterie trays. If you order, they give you a buzzer. When it goes off, you pick up your meal outside/food truck. Our favorites were the Alexander red and Seyval Blanc. So good that were purchased bottles to take home and had two glasses of Alexander after we finished our flight. I talked to the owners and they are very friendly and take pride in their wines & their farm. I highly recommend you pay them a visit. We had such a great experience and will definitely come back when in the hocking hills area. Make sure to check their hours because they are only open certain times and days of the week.

It looked very scenic and laid back too so we had to check it out. Glad we did because we really enjoyed it. Excellent wine, very relaxed atmosphere, and tremendous service. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon after some hiking. We just wanted a couple wine flights and maybe a charcuterie board since we saw they offer those. It was pretty busy already and we got there right after they opened for the day. Still, it wasn't super cold out, and we found comfortable seating on a porch outside. We started with two flights and a classic charcuterie board. Here are the wines we tried: -Dry Red- 2022 Free Run Norton -Dry Red- 2023 Marquette -Dry White-2023 Seyval Blanc -Dry Red-2022 Norton -Dry Red-Oaked Norton -Dry Red-2023 Alexander -Semi Dry Rose- 2023 Grower's Blush We enjoyed pretty much all the wines, especially the Alexander and the Seyval Blanc. Note that when ordering food, you order at the bar, then they hand you a pager, and you get your food at a food truck nearby when your pager goes off. Our charcuterie board was done pretty quickly and everything was tasty. So much so that we took our time to savor it along with a couple more glasses of wine. They do offer s nice range of wines too, from dry to sweet to all points in between. They also do seasonal wines like mulled wines in winter and wine slushies. Like a certain wine? You can buy a bottle and they offer 10% off if you buy six or more bottles. This is a great little winery and lots to offer. I can tell they're a big hit with locals and travelers alike with how busy they got quickly after opening up. Say hi to the sheep when you get there too!
