Don't be fooled by the fact that she possibly knows what she is doing or that she has been in business long. She is highly unprofessional, and the high turnover rate in her therapists is a key indicator that she does NOT know how to treat other professional colleagues. Awful!!! Very unprofessional staff with no customer service skills. I had a gift certificate for a…read moremassage and facial. When I tried to book they said the massage therapist was out. She kept trying to convince me to break my services up on different days. I told her I wanted to experience a mini spa day. She said they would call me when she returned to see if the dates I wanted were available. Never heard from her again. I finally followed back up 2 weeks later and she booked me on the Friday I requested only to call me back within minutes trying to move my appointment 2 hours earlier to 8AM!! Who wants to rush the kids to school and then rush over to make sure they are on time for their "relaxing" massage. I was about in tears at that point because of all the back and forth and feeling like I was inconveniencing them for a service they offer. Again, she tried to convince me to break up my services for two different days. One on Friday morning and then come right back the next day and have the other one Saturday morning. I asked who the owner was and she, the "manager", refused to let me know. She kept cutting me off and asking for my return number. I did have time to ask why no one ever called me back in those 2 weeks. Her reply was that they sometimes get really busy and things just get overlooked. I guess they do not need new clients that bad then. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
