My family regularly supports this Harley-Davidson dealership through rides, contests, raffles, and…read moreother events, but at a recent event we felt singled out and excluded. After I won one raffle, another winning number I held was suddenly changed however I had the second number called out also so regardless I won the raffle again. Then they straight up told me it actually was the first number called lol haters. An employee walked over to our table , looked through the tickets on our table while making snarky comments and intimidating stares about the number of tickets we purchased, despite no purchase limit. Coincidently none of my tickets were called again /: Approximately 10 raffles were held outside, the final cash-prize raffle was moved inside without notice while our family remained outside waiting with our tickets. All the winning numbers were announced outside with the DJ however this last one was hosted inside, ironic. Employees also sold my seven-year-old nephew 20 tickets for a basket raffle that had already ended, then failed to provide a reasonable explanation or refund. They were probably upset that my family won 1st place at the chili cook off , and won the first basket raffle. Not our fault we cook good & have good luck

Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Me and my friend, both girls, were now waiting outside 15 minutes for our uber in the dark. However Jeremy waited for our uber to get there and then left, what a gentleman!
